Been there brother. When this happens no one who you deal with in the system believes you. Not even your attorney. Psychologist, are so used to seeing wackos, that they assume you must be one too, and they need money to stay a float so you can get trapped in the counciling game. And the people who knew you before, the people who knew your ex was a miserable cunt, they can't help you. You might run into a cop or two that knows its bull shit, Those fuck get fucked with hard in divorce, so the guy …

No that's way too much, In my state child care is figured in to day care. I know the pressure is to give money to her to support your kids. But you need money to support your kids when their with you too. And trust me with this deal she can nickel and dime you, until She's living in a nice area, then then the kids are going to be at your shit shack on weekends. Do not give her more than state mandated, thats actually whats best for your kids at you and her household.

Divorced person here, You don't want this and neither do your kids. They need a block of uninterrupted time with each parent and you need to rebuild your life. It's very hard to do that with having your kids every other day. I too fought for joint custody, and max time with the kids...and didn't get it. After the shock of not seeing my kids, I had to find a way to fill that time. What did I do when I didn't have them? I was a single adult, and got to do single adult things. When I have my kids i…

The disadvantage for her is that the kids will have to switch doctors. However the Kids are 11 and 12 with no health issues. Her arguement here is that the pediatrician has tracked their growth znd development this whole time. Then her arguement was that she would be forced to taking them to military instillations for health care, which wasn't true, its an added benefit. Then it was that there were no pediatricians in our area who accepted Tricare, so I sent her a list of 22 pediatricians in a 1…

max out of pocket for the old was $4500 the new is $1000. deductible for the old was 4500 per individual new is $300 per family. First she was claiming she couldnt find doctors in the area. Now she can't find "top rated" doctors who take the new insurance. Now shes saying she just won't use it. But Im not changing without a court order.

I agree, these are powerful men of wealth taken down with no trial, guilty or not their careers are damaged. The common doesn't stand a chance against allegations.

1, no, it should be as easy as saying "fuck this shit" to get divorced. If you were married to an overbearing woman youd understand this. 2, agreed 3, no, this would equate to basicly what we have now. 50/50 should be a right. 4, no, make anything a reason to divorce. I shouldnt have to publicly air my dirty laundry to get away from a bad marrage 5, outlaw marital rape, what the fuck, are you high. You dont own anyone else, a piece of paper and some preachers words dont change that. Again try be…

This is such bullshit too, memorys change over time. I heard my ex's story of getting blackout drunk and waking up fully clothed on top of her covers on top of her bed. Turn into I was date raped and drugged. Over a series of about 5 years.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
