Women won’t hit on a man unless they feel comfortable doing so. If your brother is known to have women approach him, it’s because they feel comfortable. Talk to women, make them feel that way around you. Pay them (genuine) compliments, listen to what they’re saying. If they seem engaged in what you’re saying, laughing at your jokes, ask for her number. If she says no, take it like a man and respect her choice

My grandmother as well as all her siblings were kicked out of the house when they were kids, her 14 year old sister raised her for a good bit of her life.
