I'll be honest I only fuck around in BuzzFeed food for interesting dishes. I use to explore some of their other stuff but it's gone to shit in the passed 4 or 5 years.
I agree the systems need to be reworked. I just found out recently if the kid isn't yours, the person who signed the birth certificate still has to pay child support. Even if you manage to find the real father, it's somehow still your responsibility. Not sure if this applies to all states but that's pretty fucked up when you have pay for someone else's kid for 18 years.
But again this subreddit to my knowledge is centered around women doing things like this to abuse their power, so perhaps your comment has no place here. Again I am on your side. Not trying to be a white knight but I agree with her comment also because it does actually have a grain of truth to it.
