Hell no. My ex wife was a verbally and physically abusive narcissist. Haven’t seen or heard from her since the day I filed. Went zero contact 100%. Still adjusting to my new single life with freedom and peace.

I suffered all that plus the physical abuse. The bruises, the lacerated lip, the lacerations on my forehead, on and on. All the verbal and physical abuse. There is nothing worse than living with a toxic and abusive malignant narcissist. Felt like I was in prison in my own home. I filed four months ago and went no contact. Unless you have personally been through it, you will never truly understand how bad it really is..

That reminds me of the bad migraine she gave me while we were in Puerto Rico. I can’t even remember what the hell she was yelling at me about but it triggered a bad headache and she had absolutely zero sympathy. I recently filed (2nd marriage) after suffering with a toxic and abusive narcissist. Several similarities with your situation.
