Is this sexist or am I looking too far into it?The dealing with violent aggressive patients is a bit of a worry. Just because you are born male doesn't automatically make you strong or physically big. Is this sexist or am I looking too far into it?Sure males may physically be stronger, but just because you are a male, doesn't mean you are going to be stronger than another male. - Fuck there are females at my gym stronger than quite a few blokes I've had beers with. I've met/worked with some pretty physically small blokes. If you are not getting extra hazard pay for taking on such a risk, tell them to bash it.
