2	Woman Extradited From Australia To Face Charges In 2017 Fatal Hit-And-Run. You must be new to how America works? If you hit a pedestrian or cyclist on roadways with your car, if you stop and wait for police, have no warrants/crazy attitudes(karen)/dui/drug possession ect you will be FREE to go with one simple statement, "I did not see them in the roadway, it all happened so fast." If the pedestrian or cyclist was in a crosswalk, sidewalk or bike lane, you will be in trouble, possibly criminal charges. It's sad but the truth.
