The foreskin is the most sensitive part of the penis in regards to fine sensory response testing- and the scar where a foreskin should have been in circumsized males. Removing the foreskin means removing a good half or so if the nerves on the penis, as well as robbing the head of protection, making that less sensitive as well due to exposure.
