Eat lots of dark, leafy green vegetables. They are very high in chlorophyll, which is something that decreases body odour.

Stop nuking your skin with harsh soap and chemicals, and hot water. My acne disappeared 100% when I stopped washing my face with soap, back-ne 95% healed when I started using fragrant free bar soap, and dandruff 90% when I started shampooing once per week.

How did you go from 3 to 4? I was always able to juggle 3 almost perfectly, but don't understand what the fuck to do when a 4th object is in the mix.

This is a pretty minute detail to comment over, especially when he understood the core concept quite clearly.

I support MR's side of 90% of articles that are posted here, but we really shouldn't be claiming that these women are as evil as their husbands. Women in strict Islamic countries live in countries which truly do value women significantly less than men, which is in contrast to most Western countries.

It's unbelievable. Completely unfounded claims that derail his reputation, when his wife just fucking murdered him.

"You used your joints instead of your muscles" I didn't miss the point, you just can't write.

There is pressure on your joints/bone structure regardless of how you perform the lift. I can tell you struggled in mechanics class

It's literally impossible to squat with your joints. What do you think movies your joints?

It's basically that simple tbh. I'm not a biochemist (physicist) so I'm not sure of the mechanisms involved in the removal of drugs from the body, but they are removed at an exponentially decaying rate. The half life is just the time it takes for half to remain, and is probably used since it is easier to explain than using something like the usual 1/e TC.

Your body excretes caffeine, and basically every drug, at an exponentially decaying rate due to various feedback loops within the extraction process. Scientists use a parameter called the "time constant" to describe when an exponential decay can be taken to be "almost done", as there is no noticeable effect. This is usually taken to be 1/e (approximately 1/3), but since biologists are really bad at math, they use 1/2, giving the "half life". It doesn't make any sense to use "half life", as many …

Over training is mainly a myth. On mobile right now, but studies have found that within natural limits, protein synthesis is minimal after 48 hours.
/r/TheRedPill25/01/18 02:55 PM
1

There is, but you're 95% recovered. Makes more sense to train again to reset the protein synthesis window then wait for that very minimal amount of recovery to happen.
/r/TheRedPill25/01/18 02:41 PM
1

Still only takes 48 hours to recover. DOMS will go away quicker as you increase frequency, which is why those who train legs once per week are sore for so long, while those who train legs 3+ per week are never sore.

The issue is that protein synthesis with natural T levels only lasts about 48 hours, so it is pointless to wait another 3-4 days. With steroids, you can bump this window of protein synthesis up to 100+ hours.

No, because those are consensual transactions. Alimony is a court telling you that you have no choice but to give someone money.

There's a difference between what someone truly deserves and what they legally deserve. He legally deserved half, but was probably fine with settling with 2 million as that is more than enough to live off of. He truly doesn't deserve a damn penny because he didn't earn that money himself.
/r/TheRedPill09/01/18 03:42 PM

Alimony is bullshit, no matter who gets the money. He doesn't deserve a penny, just like females divorce raping their husbands don't deserve a penny.

You're right, he didn't. As nice as it is to see a female get divorce raped for once, he didn't deserve anything, and this kind of publicity will only fuel the feminist fire.

Not believing that the US should bomb the fuck out of any country they don't like is "beta faggotry"? You're a fucking tool, and the reason interventionism is still believed around the shit hole known as the USA.

It is a good option that is always there, but some people don't believe in the military interventionism of the US.

Depends on athletic history and genetics obviously but it really isn't that uncommon. I grew up playing basketball/baseball and we didn't touch the weight room until high school. I think 3 or 4 of the guys on my team pulled 400+ their first time in the weight room. Obviously this isn't expected for someone who isn't an athlete but still, it isn't too uncommon.

Many guys can pull 300-400 their first time.

Chinese weight lifters do ab work about 8 times per week.

Yeah, it's crazy how people still believe that compounds are enough

Most of these guys are idiots. Doing literally any research (not searching bb.com autist forums) will show how important real ab work is.
/r/TheRedPill25/12/17 12:02 AM

Not true. Many guys can deadlift 2x bodyweight their first time in the gym, it really isn't that difficult. Most people these days have suboptimal TVA activation which will hinder abdominal aesthetics, and can be solved with bodyline drills.
/r/TheRedPill25/12/17 12:01 AM

Most ab exercises have better ab activation that squats/deadlifts. Don't believe stupid "compounds build your abs" bullshit.

Well it's dirt cheap and you inject sub q so it isn't very extreme. Can also increase sex drive and prevent skin cancer.

The benefits of more protein max out at about 0.8 g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Any more can actually be counter productive.

Well it's usually recommended that once you fail a weight, you deload the bar and do the same program with less weights, eventually surpassing your plateau weight. Once you do this a few times, you change programs. The entire basis of 5x5 is linear progression, which is increasing the weight each time.
/r/TheRedPill31/10/17 07:58 PM
1

Actually, 5x5 is designed so you hit 5 sets of 5 reps every workout, while micro-loading the bar each workout. It is exactly the opposite of what you have described.
