Im frankly amazed that any department is still using black tasers (as of 2014, alleged date of the incident) because many of the “oops I didn’t mean to shoot you I thought I had my taser out” incidents were done with those old black tasers. Most departments have switched to the bright yellow ones for that reason.

Where I work we had men’s and women’s restrooms off of the lobby. The owners did a $1.5 million dollar renovation and instead put in a single unisex bathroom.
