1	10 year life lesson (what I would tell myself when I was 16 about attracting women) Muscles aren’t everything. If women are only attracted to that or mainly attracted to such a feature, then it’s definitely shallow. By all means, if you want to get healthy and work on yourself, that’s one thing- definitely go for it.
