God I was sleeping with this dude whose bed was fucking AWFUL. Like way too soft. The middle of the bed would sink in. I've got back problems so that was NOT IT. He would also just... lay his head on top of mine when we would cuddle. The entire weight of it. Definitely don't do that. 😂

Clearly I'm not doing a great job with it currently 😂 But I've met past boyfriends at work (I work at a grocery store/used to be a server so it's not that serious), bars, and even a wedding. Have never downloaded a single dating app in my life, and don't ever plan on it. Shit gives me anxiety and I feel like there would be too much pressure for us to mesh in person and I also hate turning people down. If I meet someone naturally, I already know if I like them or not.

Sorry I realize it sounds like I'm saying you're desperate, I more so meant that I've heard women are flooded with messages compared to men, so it's easier for them to be picky choosy and ghost. I also don't really know how to answer your question. I personally prefer meeting people naturally, hence why I avoid apps, but I also haven't tried to put myself out there since I broke up with my ex a few months ago. It's been a while since I dated around.

I've never been on Tinder but my best guess is that men are more desperate than women on dating apps. Do the math. 😅

This isn't what you're going to want to hear, but I don't really want to be approached at all in a regular public setting. It feels a little invasive and I don't like feeling obligated to talk to someone when I'm just minding my own business. Bar or club is different. On a bus? At a grocery store? Please leave me alone 🥲

This is simply wrong, and I will add that commenting on someone's clothes is the last way to make us comfortable and the exact kind of thing we don't want you to say. Is this a serious post? 😅

Honestly idk how people can even be sexually attracted to someone like that. That flavor of insecurity is such a major-turn off

Good luck getting women while viewing them as resources (objects). I hope you have 0 success 😁

This post is gross. Calling human beings untapped resources? Go for it if she's desperate enough? I hate this sub with my entire being yet I can't look away bc it's so shocking.

As a woman... it's entertaining (yet worrisome) reading how so many men in this sub think they are experts on women and how we think, when they are horribly wrong and way overgeneralize the majority of the time 💀

Well, I don't have a husband, but speaking on past relationships, for me, it's the tension. Making subtle comments here and there and letting that tension build. This would end up getting lost as the relationships would get more comfortable, and it was harder for me to get into that mood bc they would just immediately go into trying to get it on. I didn't fully realize at the time that that's what was happening, but I eventually did in my last relationship. I didn't really know how to bring it u…

You only use "an" if it comes before a word that starts with a vowel. Normally, I ignore people's bad grammar, but I've never seen anyone make this mistake so consistently and am almost impressed. "An story" and "an girl" make no sense. It's "a story" and "a girl."

Flirt shaming? Are we making that a thing now? 🤣 Also, as a woman who has worked in the restaurant industry for years, if part of your flirt game is making me take down an extremely complicated order, you are not getting off on the right foot. Edit: and now I'm seeing that I misunderstood what you meant. But I'm just gonna leave this here anyway LOL
