1	"How do I build more confidence?" "How do I get over AA?" This video will solve 90% of your problems. Surely if it's stopping someone from approaching then it actually does matter and is quite a big deal and a problem? I just think that 'just do it' is harsh, sometimes harshness is good, but other times it can just put people off.
