0	Make room because this issue is solved I suppose the privacy and dignity side is less important to me since when I go in a bathroom, I usually want to do my business and leave without acknowledging anybody, and I assume others have the same intent. do you feel the same about changing rooms? i believe having urinals in a unisex bathroom shows a lack of respect for privacy, sure you can choose to use them but it removes room for stalls and since only women use stalls it will force you to wait for a stall or use a urinal in some cases. …	/r/MensRights	07/04/17 09:14 AM
3	Make room because this issue is solved containing stalls accommodates for everyone, urinals are not necessary for any gender and i imagine it would be pretty uncomfortable for a lot of men to use a urinal while female peers can see.	/r/MensRights	07/04/17 09:03 AM

6	What do you think of the "we are an equal opportunity employer" spiel? i think it is something a lot organizations to look modern but sometimes translates to equal outcome which is the opposite of equal opportunities. the ratio of employees has to be used long side of the standard industry male to female employees stats to more accurately determine if an organization is sexist.	/r/MensRights	05/04/17 05:19 PM

15	My school offers a Women-only Rape Defense Class. A lone girl replied-all to the entire student body and faculty to ask why men are not allowed. 1	It's the pay gap again! i feel like even if it did indicate a hiring bias towards women that part would be left out and the information from the legislation would be used to spread misleading statistics. knowledge and skill are pretty similar, you go to school, gain knowledge and become skilled enough to do a job. negotiation skill is definetly a thing even though it requires knowledge just like all skills.	/r/MensRights	03/04/17 11:33 PM

1	It's the pay gap again! the problem is not all employees are equal, it is not just a simple math problem, there is more to it than hours worked and salery. there are quite a lot a variables so you will not really get a fair comparison in a large portion of cases. why should someone else just get a rise because you make more than them? maybe you had better negotiating skills, had more experience, educated at a more prestigious school and made your employer more money than most other employees. its like judging a car bas…	/r/MensRights	02/04/17 10:03 PM
