I've actually worked with special needs kids in the past and I loved my time and those kids cracked me up on a regular basis. That said, I would NOT EVER want to be a STEPfather to a special needs kid! Are you kidding!? There's a reason people with special skills and training are PAID to give kids unique attention round the clock

As a Christian, there's two ways you can go with this. On the one hand you can't judge someone's heart and God's all about TRUE redemption/repentance. So, maybe, possibly this is a real conversion. If it isn't, well she'll be answering to God anyway. On the other, she lists herself as a teacher/preacher. These are two things that are explicitly forbidden for women in scripture. She also still posts pics of herself from before. This is maybe being a bit too harsh but it's out of place and kind of…

Noone deserves to be abused. That much I think we can give her. Everything else well...

I'm not sure but maybe the first bit is sarcastic. The "in all honesty though" I'm reading as "obviously I don't expect all that BUT I do want someone who has their crap together". Still stupid but a little better.

Actually, I always thought of the number rating system more like how you rank all together. You may be a 6 with only looks but if you have interesting things to say and generally are fun to have in presence you can make it to a 9 easy. Also, there is no true, universal 10s. There are 9s who have that thing (red hair, an amazing rack, similar hobby we can do together) that bumps you that one extra point.

Came here to comment on that too. "Content creator" that "inspires" other struggling mothers... Or, you know...you could just get a job lol. I mean, you can literally make a ridiculous amount of money just watching other people's kids. You don't have to be a govt sanctioned day care of its only two or three kids. Would that not be a much bigger help to these other mothers who can't find anyone to watch their kids either. You could do it at a lower cost since you don't have the overhead a proper …

invested myself in therapy...ooh boy. Why do people think that is attractive. Shes done all the "self help books", immersed self in a bunch of kooky and narcissisticic religious practices. It sounds like she has done everything except try to get to know a man in hopes they are compatible and enjoy each other's company enough to want to spend their lives together. If she was truly Buddhist, btw, she would see her absence of the complications marriage brings as a positive. More time to reach enlig…

Well actually my point is she is wrongly seeing "slutting around a bit" as the only way to grow/mature but. I might have worded it wrong, especially since I always advocate for abstinence before marriage. To put it a different way, I think this girl can sense she needs to grow and mature and possibly doesn't really know who she wants to be as an adult woman or even what that should look like. She wrongly can only conceive of growth through pursuing romantic relationships and enjoying sex with mu…

I'm going to give this girl SOME credit. She's super young and wants to experience life in general. Yes, that includes multiple sexual encounters, but it also includes taking some time to see what you want to do/the kind of person you want to be as an adult. That's reasonable. She is specifically talking about wanting sex/to flirt with a bunch of different men, but I'm thinking there's possibly more to it that maybe she can't articulate herself. It's more what this guy represents; staying the sa…

In a church like I described you are not likely to find as many single moms since the pastor/leadership doesn't play around in that regard. The big problem is our society/churches pampers single moms and screws over single dads. In a divorce we "hop to" defending the "poor defenseless woman" and ostracize the man. Did both usually take part in a lot of dysfunction, yea usually. The man is never innocent except for extreme cases. However, the mother gets the lion's share of all assets (generally …

Get yourself to a good church that honors the male lead in marriage and actually deals with women who screw husbands in divorce and not patting them on the head and treating them like children.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
