DEI is the end of modern civilization! Remember when they would hire based on skills and merits? Now you get the job if you check the most boxes. My place of work turned into little India! Can't even hear a word they say and it gets tiring to make them repeat constantly so we just nudge our head and smile pretending we understand what they are saying!
