Yep, regularly. I view male teacher who sleep with their students as abhorrent, but I'm fairly neutral towards female teachers who do the same thing, for example. Exactly. I've seen justifications that women don't want to leave a mess whereas men choose more lethal means. In other words, women are angels and men are violent. My similar litmus test is the wage gap for 18-25 year-olds. I don't personally see the wage gap as a good or meaningful statistic, it's the perfect example of a multivariable and confused descriptor.
