If, as he has stated, he was working in Germany at the time, surely, the police would have been able to confirm his alibi, and thus save him the ordeal of having to defend himself? 3	Well, this is pretty disgusting. Instead of empathizing and wondering/asking what these men are going through that they feel this way, no, they are just a bunch of animals who can't keep their hands to themselves. Actually, It really is that difficult!
