Not rape

Was she like "hey kids! Look at my tits!" Or was she just walking around her house topless?

I think this was an act

You sarcastically claim to believe that not all 16 year old boys are the same, but can't believe that one could have pursued this, enjoyed it, and would not feel traumatized by it? The law just set an arbitrary age limit and says "above this age having sex with below that age = child rapist". It doesn't allow for differences in people or circumstances. Also the age limit varies wildly across the globe. 16 is legal in some parts of the US

No they are not, but they are not completely different in all ways either. That is why I said "many" and "likely" instead of "all" and "definitely". However, it is far more likely that he was really into this, wasn't coerced or abused, and will grow up to be perfectly fine like the rest of us.

It matters when it is the reason I do not see this specific event, with the currently available details, as rape. I was not talking about what the law thinks.

Dude... You are asking stupid questions that have nothing to do with the things I said.

God damn, you are an idiot. I didn't say anything about the appropriateness or legality.

Would need more details, but that scenario is more likely to be abuse

Dude... Calm the fuck down. I didn't say men can't be abused or raped. I said this specific event doesn't seem like abuse or rape.

Are you an idiot? Of course boys can be abused and raped, but as a former 16 year old boy, I know that many of us would have been very willing to have sex with certain teachers. It is very likely that a 16 year old would have been the one trying to make this happen.

I don't see this as abuse or rape. Boys and girls are different

Age shouldn't be the only factor that determines that.

I don't like anyone that supports these "red flag" laws. They will most likely be abused and taking guns away from an innocent person won't make them less of a threat.

First of all, it's (most likely) not pedophilia. Pedophilia is prepubescent children. Second, I'm not for just any adult fucking anyone under 18. Context matters. Maturity levels matter. So I can't get behind calling a 22 yr old girl a rapist based on the information available. I read 3 stories about this. She was at a party, she was drunk, high on weed, and maybe near overdose levels of Xanax. Then she gave this boy a Xanax and did something sexual with him. That is all I have seen. There is no…

Pictures of the people would help with making an accurate judgement. Early teens can look older. This also happened at a party. As an adult, I've been at parties with a couple dozen people where I knew most of the people and the ones I knew were also adults in their early/mid 20s, but a friend's girlfriend brought her brother who immediately started drinking, was taller than me, and acted like he belonged, but later I found out he was 15. If you have more info, I will read it, but I read 3 artic…

I don't know how he feels. Do you? I read three articles about this this morning and none mentioned it. I just can't say that a 14 year old boy was raped by a 22 year old girl based solely on the facts that she was 22 and they did something sexual and then punish her for it. I wanted to have sex with older women as a teen. I had friends that wanted to have sex with older women as teens. Plus teens have sex with each other and it isn't called rape.

Im sorry, but I can't get behind punishing a hot chick for doing something I wanted

I was a 14 year old boy once. I need to see pictures of both people before I would call it rape.
