All of your license plates comes from workers in the prison. They make $.10-$.14 a hour. That's why is the whole problem with the misdemeanor marijuana charges. Just my thought when i read this. There's two things she could be thinking. He can't talk or say anything intelligent. May or may not be the case. I don't want to write a lot, but my words of advice.
