The best course of action biologically is still just a reasonably competent man and women pairing up to raise kids. Even to this day these are the people who will spread their genes. People who play the field like the do now 10,000 years ago would be dead. Men who tried to fuck everything would be killed by the other men and promiscuous women would get no paternal investment and probably eaten by tigers. The rule of law prevents the first from happening in most countries and the welfare states e…

But it was men who were the ones who actually civilized the world.

Also always lie about the reason you’re dumping the promiscuous women. Saying it has to do with her past incentivizes women lying about their past.

Like I said so long as it is not a huge disparity, it doesn’t matter so much. Like if I dated a girl and I had to wait 5 weeks while another guy was 4 weeks, it would be just petty to throw a fit over that. But it would be completely emasculating if I had to wait over a month while other guys got it in on dates 1-4. No guys like feeling they had to “prove themselves” while other guys got it for free.

If you present yourself as non-judgemental it will come out
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/21 07:09 PM

The issue isn’t about splitting hairs about whether it’s it’s dates 1-4. The issue is really the guy who had to talk you up via text, go on a bunch of dates, and have sex after a month or more vs the guy you met in the club or on tinder who got NSA sex right away.

And any attempt at creating a matriarchy would pretty much justify men on creating an overtly oppressive patriarchy.

Won’t matter when Islam takes over the west and they establish Sharia law. But in all seriousness it is fine to fix an egregious problem (like literally not having a jaw), but will lead to toxic societal standards. We really should just be pushing for more reasonable beauty standards for men.

Men are much more accepting than women of different body types. It’s just that weight gain will be inversely proportional to male interest in you. Doesn’t mean you have zero options once you’re slightly overweight.

IMO I think women have the potential to be less picky when they actually take the time to meet a guy. Nowadays, however, they keep up such hard walls against meeting guys they aren’t immediately crazy over.

Toxic masculinity is just a misandrist term. Just think, what other demographic can you summarize all their worse tendencies (which aren’t even necessarily endemic to that demographic) and then hold the entire demographic responsible for it? If you did that with black people, you’d be labeled a racist, if you did it with women, you’d be a sexist. Moreover, toxic masculinity is often invoked just to hand wave away many issues that involve men instead of taking an actual critical look at things.

Problem is that human history involved a good percentage of males being dead at any given point due to war. That’s why biologically, men were able to have their cake and eat it too if they did not die in war. It is completely new thing to have a society where there is a 50/50 split between men and women. But alas, I think part of the seeming hypocrisy is that there is no alpha widow equivalent phenomenon for men. Promiscuous men can settle down and having a prolific sexual history has less of an…

You do know non-western people conquered and subjected each other just the same? Part of the reason the Spanish took on the Aztecs so easily is because the Spaniards were able to levy local tribes against the Aztec because they resented Aztec hedgemony…and you know, sacrificing entire villages.

Toxic masculinity is just a buzz word to hand wave away any issues that affect men. It’s essentially another form of victim blaming. It’s like if a female complained about any issues that affect them, you can just say “oh that’s just toxic femininity”, and invalidate their concerns without addressing them in any meaningful way.

It’s just projection. 30+ year old women just don’t want to admit their SMV plummeted, so they shame their male peers for dating younger women instead of simping over them.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/21 09:22 PM
17

Unless you’re Chad, feminists love shaming men for having the audacity to have a sex drive. Then they’ll encourage women to sexually objectify themselves and blame men for being thirsty. Men should take their dating to Southeast Asia and vote against the gynocentric welfare state. Let the feminists cast their genes out of the gene pool lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/21 06:43 PM

Men are physically stronger so it made more sense for men to work and for women to do the domestic work. I’m not saying that that needs to apply to today, but when it came to early humans it just made sense to have that kind of division of labor.

I think this is a thing women do to themselves. I prefer minimalist makeup and for a woman I’m interested in to not be the type to flaunt herself on social media. But women have to compete for the “best” possible mate via hypergamy. Any average women makeup or not can go out and have an average boyfriend by the end of the week. But women want only the “best” so they have to compete with other women, and makeup helps give them that edge. It’s like if steroids were legal to use in sports, if one p…

/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/21 09:30 PM

Exactly, that’s the point. If you transplant the Western population with non-Westerners you functionally ended Western society. Cultures that embrace feminism are the snake that eats its own tail. It has nothing to do with morality, but you kind of need a positive or flat population growth to maintain a civilization.

Basically they were warring nomadic tribes and didn’t focus too much on empire building. They would just extort all the cities in Asia for money (basically how an organized crime gang would extort a business for “protection” money). Best they did was creating a postage system. They didn’t actually build an empire like the Romans did. They lost power as the city states they extorted gained power. Russia for example came into existence this way when the inhabitants of present day Moscow got tired …

/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/21 08:47 PM
13

No the consensus here is that women need to be consistent. Give all guys early sex or wait for all of them. That’s because it’s emasculating for a woman to give some random guy NSA sex where as “relationship” guy has to “prove” himself.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/21 12:44 PM
2

Not really.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/21 11:55 AM
1

The problem exists in that women will resent the guy they settle with if he’s not her best. She’ll treat a decent average guy with resentment because he’s not some dude who fucked her the best but otherwise doesn’t care about her. IMO men should just fuck hookers and not get into relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/21 02:58 AM

HVM can still have beta mentalities and men are less shallow than women.

Okay, so according to your logic average men just shouldn’t date.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/21 07:11 PM

Points to make: Women have way more options, so they are more responsible for choosing poorly. Average men have a lot less options. Women will pretend to care about “personality” but really just go for “hot” guys. Men are straight forward with caring about looks. That is what makes the difference. Men end up with shitty women due to lack of options; whereas women end up with shitty men because of shallow preferences.

/r/MGTOW07/07/21 08:56 PM

Yeah, when women start sleeping with broke virgin men en masse I’ll marry a hooker lol
/r/MGTOW07/07/21 08:55 PM

Idk what you mean. But I mean it’s better just to opt out of your an average guy & learn to enjoy life without romance. It’s much easier to accept the game is fucked and move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/21 07:37 PM
7

This is why men really should just opt out.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/21 04:42 PM
14

This so hard. I work with A LOT of people at my job, and basically all the guys who are sexually unsuccessful are white knight womanist types. Most successful guys are red pilled and the guys who are openly misogynistic have a new girl every week.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/21 10:48 PM
33

This is why women shouldn’t sleep around. Hot guys are kept to zero standards since they get sex anyway, and “average” guys who have their shit together and get no sex just resent women and eventually give up. Idc what feminist say, what they preach is just incompatible with good outcomes between men and women. Cultures that embrace feminism will simply die out a later destroying the family.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/21 08:12 PM

So many women are feminists until you talk about who should build the roads.

/r/MGTOW03/07/21 04:49 PM

Hypergamy is basically the sexy son hypothesis. Basically females go for a small subset of resourceful male suitors because they are the most likely to have sons who can do the same thing and this propagate the genetic lineage.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/21 05:23 AM
12

Men don’t pretend to have sophisticated tastes. Ultimately they want a partner who is attractive and pleasant to be around. Nice things on top of that is just a bonus. Whereas women will say ABC and XYZ, but really they want a hot guy with money and clout.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/21 12:03 AM
19

Women like to believe there is some sophistication to what they find attractive, but there really isn’t. That’s why they tend to not admit when a guy is just undateable ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/21 07:18 PM
0

But she will then get alpha-widowed. Can’t date an average guy after fucking that doctor who looks like Brad Pitt.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/21 06:44 PM
3

Top 20% men are the most attractive men out of the top 30-40% of the income bracket with the exception of poor yet Brad Pitt level attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/21 06:41 PM
2

Average women are women who are pretty / cute if they keep themselves in shape, but not attractive enough to be a model, actress, celebrity, et cetera.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/21 06:38 PM
3

I agree that the numbers are exaggerated by people on this sub, but there’s a high enough percentage of women like this to completely destroy a practical dating market for average men. Way too many women who are overwhelmingly average are either being pumped and dumped left and right or are just holding out for a HVM that they’ll never be good enough for.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/21 05:01 PM
20

No, top men practice their polygyny until they “feel” like settling. In the past female sexual modesty forced these men to settle if they wanted regular sex, but now they can sleep around as long as they want. Once a top man settles down, the harem just moves to the next generation of top men sleeping with all the girls who fire up an OLD account.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/21 04:18 PM
36

80/20 existed by was restricted to proximity. It was easier as a guy to compete in a local community than conventionally attractive doctors and lawyers in major cities. Also promiscuity was also shamed since advent of Abrahamic religions so once the top 20% of guys got taken, women had to file in with what was the next best option.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/21 04:06 PM
14

That’s because a lot women don’t realize you have to be an actual whore to make money. So many women have a very passive approach to OF and thus don’t make money.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/21 03:18 PM
3

They should start a fascist right wing movement.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/21 04:03 AM

Hypergamy is what gives HVM their leverage. Without the first, the second won’t happen. As long as women willingly throw themselves at HVM, they’ll have all the leverage.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/21 01:59 PM
1

It’s justified by female shallowness.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/21 11:12 PM
1

And those men are justified in their actions with how women value men using the Perato principle. If you over value the top 5% of men, you give those men all the leverage in the sexual market place.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/21 05:25 PM
3

He’s not saying to avoid them, he is merely illustrating the reality of pursuing HVM. If a woman is hellbent on exercising her hypergamy, she’s not entitled to a faithful HVM. Date your equal if you don’t want to date a cheater. Plus, if more women stayed on their lane, HVM wouldn’t be able to exercise their options as much. Women collectively applying the Perato principle to how they value men is what gives HVM all their leverage.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/21 05:20 PM
1

ASPD is less than 2% of population, and although it’s mostly men that figure is still men and women. Plus a large part of that number are incarcerated and not on the dating market.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/21 03:40 PM
2

You’re completely missing the forest for the trees. The crux of the KS argument is that if you don’t want a guy to practice polygyny, don’t practice hypergamy. His argument is about realistic outcomes, not feel good idealistic morality.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/21 03:37 PM
5

KS makes an amoral argument though. If you’re an average women and you want a HVM who can get any girl, if he does choose you, why shouldn’t he exercise his options? KS tells women that if you want a guy to simp over you and not cheat, yo date an average man.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/21 03:21 PM
1

He’s talking about high value men though. He basically says cheating is okay if a women is practicing her hypergamy.

Pulling a number out of nowhere, for both men and women I would say between 1 and 5 or 1 and 6 are fucked in the head in some way. A lot of women tend to be attracted to highly narcissistic men, so it probably appears much larger to them. If we’re talking specifically anger issues and drug addiction though I would say less than 15% of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/21 04:55 PM

Lol or women are just attracted to more dominant / aggressive men who are more likely to have these issues? Meanwhile all the effeminate men are friend-zoned labia killers. I call availability heuristic on this one.

/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/21 02:09 PM

So I’m a guy, 29 dating a 21 year old. I’d date somebody my age, but most women at this age have too much baggage, are alpha-widowed, unavailable due to hypergamy, or have a shitty unfeminine attitude. With how easy dating is for women, if they are still single by 28, it’s usually because of one of the aforementioned issues. The only exception is if a women was in a relationship for a good chunk of time and was dumped in her late twenties, early thirties.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/21 07:53 PM
3

One of my best friends of 28 broke up with his girlfriend of 25 because she was fucking a 55 year old. I think plenty of women are legit grossed out by much older men, but most are in complete denial that there are in fact tons of women who are genuinely into older dudes.

/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/21 07:24 PM

Very ugly people tend to pair up with other very ugly people. The problem is with average women since they have a strong tendency to think they are above their average male counterparts.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/21 05:37 AM

That’s not changing the goalpost. Any dolt can surmise that the 80/20 rule is not super literal.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/21 05:36 AM

I second this. Super unattractive guys who are sexually successful are usually very cunning and manipulative, and they tend to target people with very low self esteem.

My best friend was cheated on by a girlfriend of four years. She was sleeping around with Trump supporter guys too (when she was preachy about not liking Trump).
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/21 05:11 AM

& that won’t filter out narcissists. They will never claim to have low self esteem, yet they’re personality is defined by it.

So you hardly have any experience with relationships, but insist on having high standards?

Strength is something that builds over time. If you let yourself get fat, chances are you’ll never be fit. Going from fat to fit only gets harder with age.

And piggy backing this comment to say, that in so many of these “horror” stories of a girl dating an older guy, usually age has nothing to do with the red flags involved. Every story I hear is anything any 21+ year old guy can pull off. That’s why women who are ultimately interested in monogamous relationships should be taught about red flags and narcissistic abuse. Not OmG hE oLdEr wATcH oUT. Genuinely nice guys come at all ages and narcissists come at all ages.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/21 03:26 PM

So you’re an idiot and a racist. Saying he was Latino as if it were a bad thing. Like you really can’t make this shit up lol
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/21 06:27 PM

Well were you not an idiot? Just because your feelings are hurt doesn’t mean I’m wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/21 05:57 PM

Guy could have been any age. Fact he was 38 changes nothing. Chances are the guy was “hot”. Many women just have a strong tendency to ignore obvious red flags when it comes to Chad.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/21 05:44 PM

Thing is you saw so many red flags and still kept in contact with him. That guy is as much of a manipulator as you were an idiot.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/21 05:43 PM

I’m 29 and my girlfriend is 21. Not a huge age gap, but now that I’m older I just consider myself lucky to be dating a girl in the 21-25 year old range and I take the relationship seriously. I would go younger than 21 though because those women look way too much like “kids” to me. But women can be manipulated and groomed at any age. The best thing we should be telling young women is to stave off sex until she can trust the guy. Too many problems arise from women having sex too early.

What happens if prostitution is legalized though? Men can just bang 20 year old hookers their whole life instead of marrying some disrespectful alpha-widow thot.

Idk at a certain point having high standards will just make you miserable. Like let’s say you demand to live in a mansion and drive a Ferrari, but you’re a janitor. It’s just never going to happen so having those kinds of expectations will make you miserable and make you look naive to others.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 08:49 PM
1

No, where did you get that from? I personally don’t red pill, but the red pill is mostly average guys who try to maximize their value and game. Guys who are high value (conventionally attractive and wealthy) don’t need any help to sleep around or date.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 06:26 PM
1

Women only FWB with conventionally attractive men and prostitution is illegal and unregulated.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 05:46 PM

Sex. And then of they happen to find a “good” women, that is incidental to the cause.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 05:30 PM

What point does that try to prove? Guys want sex. That doesn’t mean modern day women make for quality relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 04:12 PM

The thing is for so many women, being nice means shit. They’d much rather chase hot guys and clout & get treated like shit then god forbid sex up an average guy who treats them decently.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 03:38 PM
7

Exactly. It would be nice to find a chill girl to settle down with, but it’s just so much effort to get a girl, never mind whether or not she is crazy or hypergamous as shit (has no loyalty).
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 03:06 PM
26

The thing is, most women ain’t shit. What is there to put on a pedastal?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/21 02:42 PM
1

Fat women just aren’t attractive and 90%+ of the time it is completely within the overweight person’s power to change it.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/21 09:42 PM
1

That makes no sense. It’s not the fault of high value men if the majority of women are shallow and hypergamous. It’s basic supply and demand. If supply is low and demand is high, then the price of what you want will be high. That means high value men have all the bargaining power and have no reason to settle for less. Just like women don’t want to settle for less, high value men shouldn’t either. If women don’t want to compete for a high value man, they don’t have to. That’s their insane beauty …
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/21 09:28 PM
3

Not really. Most men know their lane and are fine with it, and there are some women like that too. And high value men wouldn’t be able to afford to be picky if more women stayed in their lanes and didn’t throw themselves at these men. The more women pine for these men, the more bargaining power they have over women. It’s getting to the point even where high value men straight up run “soft” harems and never have to commit to anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/21 05:18 PM
5

How can you blame high value men? Clearly it’s female hypergamy that is to blame. It’s just basic math. If 80% of women only want to date 10-20% of men, that group of men now has the leverage to demand whatever they want. If women stayed in their lane, it would take power out of the hands of high value men.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/21 03:52 PM

Serial divorcees (people who get divorced several times) lead to that stat.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/21 02:25 PM

They’re still pretty similar. They’re different because of differences in genders. Like you mostly see guys playing video games 8 hours a day, not women.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/21 09:08 PM

Misread cuz I’m a fuck. Am guy so I would say: Be reasonably fit. Have interests beyond sports and video games. Hold down a job and be smart with your money. Don’t be a player.

So true. She’ll have a million standards, but Chad can do whatever he wants lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/21 06:56 PM

Then men can decide not to protect women.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/21 03:17 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/21 03:58 PM

It’s because guys aren’t attracted to guys (unless gay of course) and “hotness” doesn’t cloud our perception / judgements.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/21 05:59 AM
35

Tbh I think it’s because how naive women are about men that men are so critical of women. It takes literally only a few brief interactions for a guy to be able to tell another guy is an asshole / douche. Women, however, will ignore red flags if the guy is “hot”.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/21 03:47 AM
4

Exactly. Most sexually successful “Chad’s” are really just rifling through tons of core trauma’ed women.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/21 01:03 AM

It’s called “mirroring” it’s a common trait for Cluster B personality disorders. People with low self esteem and a low sense of self will “mirror” the personality traits of a potential partner in order to win their affection. Chances are if you are attracting women like this, there’s something about you that attract BPD chicks.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/21 09:46 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/21 05:38 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/21 05:01 PM

That stat is misleading though. People who get married multiple times inflated the stats. Marriage success rate is much higher if you screen those people out.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/21 05:53 PM
2

Nobody reads profiles like thst. And plenty of people will lie about their intentions anyway. A profile that says “looking for something serious” is functionally useless. I never had any luck with that, even with using more eclectic dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 01:54 PM
8

The commenter I replied to us complaining that men aren’t serious about dating. They are, women just largely ignore them due to hypergamy.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 05:26 AM
6

Not all men can do that though on aggregate scale. On a microeconomic level, sure, but on a macro level, all the men pouring into areas with already a lot of men would make the competition stiff to find a mate. I’ll blame women having absurd dating standards these days.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 05:16 AM
16

Try making a dating app as an average dude. You get zero matches. Once you exhaust your friend circles for dates, you’re left with IRL cold approaches which are guaranteed to have a 99% failure rate. Average guys really only get a break if they’re naturally very extroverted.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 05:09 AM
14

A lot of men in their early to mid 20’s can’t even get a date, never mind a marriage. They want serious relationships, but can’t even get their foot in the door because women are too busy chasing the Chads.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 04:58 AM

It’s not necessarily inevitable, guys just need to check other guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/21 03:57 AM

You tell me. I fucking hate simps. They’re ruining the dating market.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/21 07:48 PM
2

Lol welcome to a really weird corner of the internet. In short simps are guys who over value attractive women and will go out of their way to provide provisions and favors for these women. They do this with zero chance of ever getting anything in return whether that be sexual, a relationship, or even just basic mutual respect. They have always existed, but it’s become an increasing phenomenon as women now have access to tools like Instagram and only fans to amass an army of simps to leech off.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/21 07:43 PM
2

Yes, I love crack. Do you have any?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/21 10:46 PM

Good old alpha widow phenomenon. Resents a guy who her treats well but isn’t “hot”.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/21 10:22 PM
1

My girlfriend is hot as fuck but is crazy so this checks out lol. I’ve just learned to ignore her bullshit though.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/21 10:21 PM
17

Women find men to be attractive in relative terms. Like a guy is tall because another one is short. A guy has broad shoulders because another one has narrow shoulders. A guy is wealthy while others are poor.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/21 09:29 PM
17

Ideally it would be a baseline, but that’s not how the world works. You can’t just assume everybody is naturally kind because you believe that’s how it should be. It’s incredibly solipsistic to think that way. If you want kindness in a partner, you have to seek that out. Just don’t assume whoever you choose because they’re hot or money is necessarily a nice person too.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/21 05:56 AM
3

I said the analogy is imperfect, like come on...the whole point was to illustrate that both sexes have standards that they consider self-evident and thus take them for granted.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/21 04:18 AM
5

Isn’t that kind of idealistic. You can’t just expect everybody to be incredibly kind. If it’s not a trait you actively seek out, you can’t really complain when you end up dating a string of assholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/21 03:03 AM
27

I think the problem lies in that women feel entitled to “niceness” so they don’t “look” for it or appreciate it. They much rather just complain about it when they don’t receive “nice” treatment. An imperfect analogy for men is women and their weight. You don’t appreciate when women are normal BMI, rather you’re entitled to the idea that women must maintain healthy BMI to begin with in order to be considered dateable. The analogy is imperfect though because there’s no way to hide being overweight…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/21 02:58 AM
1

Yeah, but something will happen of it. After this fourth wave feminism dies down, I think the concept of hypergamy will become more mainstream. The whole Kevin Samuels phenomenon I think is the start of this shift. Personally, I just want women to admit that they’re shallow, and that most of their complaints about men are just straight projecting.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/21 12:54 AM
29

It’s cuz as men, most woman are just attractive to us if they’re not obese. That’s why weight is really our only go to for insults / body shaming. We don’t notice a girl’s eyes are too close together because chances are she’s attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 09:12 PM
1

A couple generations of modernity doesn’t overwrite hundreds of thousands of years of evolution hardwired into the human behavioral system. Ever wonder governments of the world forced assortive mating strategies? It’s what saved us from the harem-based slave societies of the Roman times.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 08:40 PM
5

Learn to value yourself. Don’t overvalue women. Don’t give what you won’t receive back.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 06:46 AM
3

Yeah, and it’s why physical size and access to resources > being “nice”. It explains how we get this phenomena where women will say “where are the good guys?” while they serial date “assholes”. In caveman days, decency can’t protect a female from other males.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 04:02 AM
2

Roy wasn’t abusive, he was just painted as emotionally inattentive and mostly inelegant.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 02:25 AM
3

Evolutionarily I think it’s kind of like “oh well that guy can club my current guy to death and take me if he wanted to, so I might as well just go with him”. Basically a survival mechanism eventually evolved in which women always level up if able to. You might as well go for the strongest man since he’ll always be a threat to you otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 02:23 AM
1

Those guys are just idiots, not red pilled. Red pill guy would just find a way to be assertive yet accommodating enough to fuck them. You have to have a tiny ego for feeling emasculated but a woman suggesting to go to a cafe or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/21 05:07 PM
2

Nobody is obligated to date somebody that is just hideous. It’s just that even very mediocre looking women can have the tendency to aim to high on looks and status (and subsequently just passed around by players).
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/21 05:25 AM
2

By decent I mean guys who are serious about building a relationship. Not guys looking to pump and dump or a bang maid.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/21 03:53 AM
1

And the amount of women marrying is decreasing. There are reasonable women out there and they’re the ones who end up married.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/21 04:35 PM
5

That doesn’t change the fact that women try to date up. I never said women were successfully hypergamous. For every female who marries horizontally, there is one who married up and one who opted out since she couldn’t get her 6 figure man.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/21 04:26 PM
21

Self proclaimed “nice guys” are usually covert narcissists, but whenever this comes up it does detract from the main point that there are tons of decent dudes eho go overlooked because of female hypergamy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/21 04:22 PM
4

Damn.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/21 04:36 AM
2

You in NYC?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/21 04:15 AM
1

Yes, I do, they’re all like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/21 01:49 AM
2

Yeah, I don’t disagree with that. Vetting for character > looks It’s much better to have a decent looking person with good character than a “hot” person whose character is a wildcard. It’s so fucking annoying hearing about women’s dating issues when they refuse to date anybody whose under “model status” for a guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/21 12:19 AM
1

If a women ends up in a string of abusive relationships, she is to blame as well as the abusers. Women have their pick of the litter. It’s up to them to choose proper vetting strategies and to learn about narcissism and how do avoid it. I see all too often how women just trade up for looks / status and then are surprised to find out they end up with an abusive asshole. Sure, I feel bad for a young girl who gets picked up by an abuser straight out of the gate, but if she’s 20+ years old and just …
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 08:46 PM
1

The point is, women are the choosers. They choose the men they end up with, so any complaints they have is their fault. They chase looks, clout, and money and they get what they deserve.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 08:34 PM
1

Then maybe women should start dating guys with character instead of “he’s hot”.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 07:31 PM
4

So I looked into this and there is literally just one scientist doing those studies that find that.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 07:28 PM
3

Stop equating criticism of women to misogyny, so long as it is a fair an nuanced opinion being expressed.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 07:27 PM
3

But women also want to date guys who make more money than them. That’s where the problem starts.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 03:37 PM
1

It doesn’t say that exactly, but it does allude to the fact that women are unhappy because they can’t have it all.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 03:18 PM
4

Exactly, that’s why you can give women the choice to do what they want, but at the same time - we as a society do not need to validate their bullshit or when their own choices blow up in their faces.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 03:12 PM
1

The study pegs it relative to men though.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 03:03 PM
7

The takeaway from that article is that women are unhappy because they’re entitled as shit lol like men enjoy chores because they have a sense of satisfaction and utility, but women feel exploited by them? Like come on, everybody has to do their laundry and wash the dishes. Women are unhappy because they’re entitled as shit and “want it all”.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 03:00 PM
10

Most of that stat is because men use more successful methods of suicide (I.g. a gun shot). Men are only more likely to complete suicide, not commit it. For example, doctors and animal vets complete suicide at a higher rate than population, but that’s probably due to better knowledge and access to things to help suicide (drugs). Men are more likely to own guns, which are a more effective mode of suicide than most.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 02:55 PM
3

What happens when women are terrible at choosing what would actually bring them happiness?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 02:51 PM
5

That study is relative to men’s happiness. So women are unique in their decline to happiness. As a guy, I want a family, but if modern women want to price themselves out of the marriage market, banging 22 year old prositutes in Tijuana when I’m 50 sounds like an equally good deal 😎
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 02:49 PM
4

Yes, the study I read was basically twofold (1) average men are more helpful around the household, as in they don’t expect their wives to be bang maids and (2) women with HVM end up being more insecure and preoccupied that their husband will leave them or is cheating. When looks fade it is much better to have a husband who actually treats the relationship equitably than a guy who will probably start banging his secretary at some point.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 02:45 PM
19

It’s crazy cuz 3 years ago blue pulled me would think it would be incredibly mysioginostic to say, but I think women really have no idea what the fuck they want in order to be happy. Funny enough you can also google search that women tend to be happier when they’re with average men than “high value” or attractive men lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 02:22 PM
5

And there’s no evidence women are any happier now. I’m not 1950’s level conservative, but working until the day you die and dying alone does not seem much better. Most jobs out there are not very meaningful to the human condition. Also, looks fade after time, when a person is 40+ years old, the legacy they build is more important than having a “hot” spouse. Most women who choose the route of independence just become bitter and angry. Yeah, let’s just work until the day you die and die alone, all…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 02:07 PM
35

Women aren’t shamed for hypergamy unless they’re a blatant gold diggers. Most women just tell other women to “never settle”.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 05:27 AM
0

Men are rated most attractive 28-35. Women are rated most attractive 18-25. So at 30 men get a bump and women go down. Women suddenly lose a lot of SMV relative to their male peers.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/21 02:49 PM
0

I think it’s time average men pump and dump these women and then get hot girlfriends from other countries. If average girls think they’re too good for average guys, we should turn them all into cat ladies.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/21 03:43 AM
2

Average men are starting to give up on relationships too. So much easier to hire a hooker than to get into a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/21 03:36 AM
6

Yeah, they’re just women who can’t fathom dating a guy who isn’t a Chad. There are plenty of good natured men out there who are SoL of luck just because they’re not overtly masculine looking or make tons of money.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/21 07:50 PM
1

The typical women who calls into the Kevin Samuels show. They don’t have to be black though, has nothing to do with race. But single over 30, has kids, overweight, and somehow has an ego to think she deserves a Chad who makes six figures. There’s nothing wrong with the first three things, but combined with that last one and you have a delusional women who will die alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/21 07:48 PM
1

That’s not true at all. Plenty of men are broken up with just so the women can get a higher status, more stereotypically masculine man. Very few women will jump off the Chad train for a “decent” guy. My anecdotal experience is that women will put up with so much bullshit just to be around “high value” men.

It’s really not. You don’t have to fall in love with the dude over just 1-2 months of dating. At the same rate, if the only difference between a relationship working out or not is fucking on dates 1-3, he’s kind of a douche and you shouldn’t be surprised if he cheats on you in the future.

Then you lose out when you’re almost 30 and you’re n count is over 50 and any guy with options won’t date you.

Yeah, but my advice for women if they want to find out their real relationship market value - refuse sex until dating for 1-3 months. If you can get commitment without sex then you found your looks match. Obviously you don’t have to make that your MO, but you can find out where you stand. It might save you a decade’s worth of pump and dumps.

Guys find most women under the age of 30 to be attractive so long as they aren’t overweight. But he’s not going to date a 5/10 when he can get a 8/10.

I wouldn’t call an average guy ugly, he’s just not “hot”.

Nobody actually uses sex dolls. It’s mostly a gag. I guarantee way more are bought as joke gifts than for actual sex use.

No, not really. Women who are attractive can become viscerally unattractive if they have an insane body count.

Looked at your pics. You’re average cute and probably trying to date out of your league. Most guys would find you fuckable, but no Stacey. Also, any guy who finds out you’re the type of girl who posts nudes of herself online will fuck zone you.

And yeah, you’re still single, aren’t you? A guy in your league would try to lock you down.

An average guy is a mangled corpse, but how dare you not find a 200 pound women attractive.

I find the more women identify with feminism, the more they surround themselves with stereotypically masculine men in real life. It’s women who want Chad’s but are sad that he gets to fuck hundreds of women without committing.

Not to mention if you are incarcerated for sexual assault, you’d get your ass beat in prison.

IMO men know they have to earn respect whereas women feel entitled to it and that makes the difference.

80% of men couldn’t get casual sex even if they tried lol.

Yeah, historically speaking the typical male was either a slave, plebiscite, or proletarian worker. Yet modern “woke” culture acts like every man is made of money and privilege.

This so hard. The amount of options a women has is a complete illusion. If women are willing to date horizontally or down, sure, they have options. But women do not have unlimited vertical access to relationships.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
