Maybe I'd you're young or of a young mindset. It's more than validation for one with a healthy sense of self. Most women want more than validation and I'd argue that most men want more than validation... like validation from who? Even if you want validation, I think that sexual validation would just be part of the equation. Having validation through sex only sounds a bit meaning less at least I can't think of any benefit from validation through sex, except maybe a dapp from the boys or for male …

Ngl, he looks a little full of himself and like he doesn't treat even the women considered top their with respect. These red pill men seem like they actually do the things they complain women do.

Sex isn't really about status for anyone I think. Status for comes from the power and resources he is able to obtain. Now the amount of power and access to resources can greatly affect the type of women and quantity he has access to, which for some men is important. However sex itself doesn't represent a sort of status for men until it comes time to having heirs. Then it depends on the time and culture. Outside of procreation and the worlds oldest profession , sex is either about connection or i…

But who decided that a man's worth is in their resources and a woman's is in their sexuality, fertility and I'll add virginity because that is also what is a large part of this conversation we leave out. Historically men saw value in virgin women either because of religious beliefs, life expectancy or insecurities. Men cut women out of the equation for a long time so they could have more access and control over the "weaker" gender. How is it not predatory when men put systems in place to make wo…

Oh...well that is a fictional instance, but even still not sure how true that is, at least in entirety. Most men with power still had to get people to fight for a cause and a woman would not have been a reason enough for a war/ army to fight. Now if that woman had ties to land, resources or information that important/detrimental then the army has reason to go off to war. War is just to complex to say a man is fighting for acces to a particular woman, nor do I think they could rally a force behin…

Isn't that a fictional character from Ancient Greco-Roman mythology?? Just don't get how this example fits in at all.

I agree. Also your self-esteem regarding your baldness may have been affecting the way you carry yourself/ come off. A lot of men look great bald, but it's usually the men who own it!

I think that's something different than wanting an alpha male/man who takes charges. That sounds to me like "daddy issues" respectively, or some sort of Stockholm syndrome wanting to be with someone who treats you like an insignificant child/maid until they want sex. Women who want men to take charge more, want a man who can make healthy decisions for himself ,who can take the lead without being overbearing or non-communicative. I don't think a healthy woman wants an alpha male really... not the…

I think it depends on the maturity of the person, their experiences, and their end game. Do you want eye candy for bragging or a healthy partnership? I think in the beginning we all can ignore red flags. Idk about ignoring glaring red flags- i guess it depends on the particulars.

Damn💀Kinda agree except women think they in whole can make a man better/stay. They'll try to give him everything they can if their self-esteem is low enough or feel that is the way to keep a man. Men like this just think they're so great any woman would be lucky and greatful to get that "D" straight or not.

How do you know they all do? Do all men cheat? I hear a lot of women saying the same thing about men. Cheating men is more supported by society historically, in laws and literature even. Women usually deserve beating, public shame, divorce and stripping of support in most all areas. Men usually get to do so and keep pretty much every thing including his wife and mistress up until recent history.

I agree, when it comes to dating apps I believe men swipe right more than women- making women the selectors in that case. Unless you pay for the app and see who selected you first and go from there, but they have no way of knowing that. Edit/add on: After the apps I think women still wait for men to take the lead in general when it comes to moving forward if they don't discuss together.

Nope! Sexual desire is only useful for a handful of things as high of a pedestal it is put on and a lasting significant amount of power isn't one of them. Especially in a world men are the ones who pass down legacies and names. Sexual power just isn't that significant in this world in the long run. Sexual desire may not last for many reasons so it wouldn't even be a reliable use of power for a woman. That's why education is such an asset for women. Anywoman can be desirable to many men, but how …

Aren't there new reports of women living longer and being happier single? As well as reports saying men live longer in relationships? Women historically do most of the work in relationships while at most men would pay for bills and dates maybe, which arguably is a somewhat simple task compared to the labors of women within a relationship. Women are expected to meet needs in various areas where as a good man is generally seen as so for merely being present and paying for things. Both are stresses…

That's somewhat true. Some women are willing to settle to have a family, but that is happening less now all over the world . Women are also told men are more immature in their 20s and are usually more ready to settle down in their 30s. We're told that men are more financial stable and responsible too. I think that is the main reason why over women's biological clock. Women are actually waiting later to have children these days too. Also even though men can impregnate a women throughout most of h…

Lol the change is women don't want to just have casual sex with men anymore. Is that the issue, women want men to provide more that $ and dick? Don't know why women having more say and autonomy in dating is a huge turn in favor ,but go off! They've caught on to the okie-doke men have been peddling. That must be it, men have to so more than just show up for a woman. Just like men want women to be more than a pretty figure to pump and dump in- if they want a relationship. Women want love, companio…

You can work on your own circumstances. You sound like you may be fairly young or inexperienced and may need more experience in dating instead of reading pill forums. Or look at more well rounded info/ take a look at both sides. I can see how men might think there has a major shift in women's favor to their detriment, but I can tell you it is not. This just isn't how the world actually is playing out. Idk what context you are speaking about blame but men aren't automatically to blame nor are wom…

I was actually asking you to follow the logic of what I was saying- didn't intend to give an opinion on that either way in that statement. I'll try again- If the world or a society is a patriarchy (society or gov't where men hold the power and women are excluded from it) who would then be the cause of societal issues? How would those excluded cause larger issues in society other than outright terrorism? Society will not just jump on the bandwagon of blaming men, unless they are doing something w…

What current events do women need to be blamed for then? As far as I know men pretty much run everything still and causing most societal issues so naturally we'd blame the people causing the issues. Right? Or are we still talking abount in relationships? Are men being blamed for working to much in their careers by society or individual women? You say it's societal but that is not a societal issue but affects a small percentage. What ARE men to blame for in relationships vs women in your opinion?…

Like I said both have consequences and catch heat, blame w/e but it looks different and the consequences for women are more direct more often then not if we're talking about cheating. Both can equally get STDs, the situation can cause arguments and yelling and both get the side eye- however the fact that women can get pregnant and in most cases care for the child should she chose to have it paired with the femicide are why I say they have more consequences. Also the continued idea that a woman's…

WHEN was the LAST TIME society blamed women for anything in a relationship? I included examples throughout history including a current event. Tropes and power dynamics from the 40s and before still linger even in Western society as much autonomy as women have now. Also men never take into the account how men controlling and having the power over men for thousands of years could still have an affect on society. We have had a separation of church and state in the constitution since the 1790s and s…

I reread your statement and admittedly I misread as don't get blamed for anything in society, but my arguments aren't any less valid or factual nor are they strawman as I provided examples that have been discussed and written about formally and informally. How is a woman choosing a career driven man then complaining about his unavailability a blame placed on men or women by society? That sounds more like an upper middle class and up issue most people don't even have to worry about especially thi…

Can read perfectly fine. I think others will understand where I'm coming from. You asked about society and I gave examples that are historically factual and have nothing yo do with relatiohips. Also arguably relationships steer society hence why marriage is a contract and thought of as a business world wide throughout history and currently up until the last 100 or so years. AND the original post is about why women get into relationships with career oriented men... so who is off topic exactly? Or…

Um... maybe men who have low self esteem should stop getting with women who are "out of their league". Men like Jonah Hill and these red pillers think money controls everything including women. There can be a discussion with agreed upon terms, but you can't expect a self respecting woman to adhere to ultimatum or demands regarding her autonomy, career or habits so long as it isn't hurting others, herself or you. I could see if she were a pornstar, escort or lady of the night or something. Men ne…

That is what you said-men are a major influencers on how society is run so it is a proper answer to what you said. These aren't just small groups of men thinking this it's solidified in history. Women have been demonized and thought of as witches. Women have been and are still blamed for being raped or victimized (what were you wearing, how late were you out, were you drinking etc) or the "you made me do this to you...if you haven't...") there are many movies, shows, documentaries and literature…

For the most part I feel like women know what their getting into when they marry a career man unless either he isn't open and honest about his work load or she doesn't understand what he does. Women who marry for financial stability probably do not care about this. Gisele and Tom are a unique situation and it is up to them to make that deal. They both had great careers and in truth on his off seasons she could have taken on jobs if she wanted he probably couldn't jump in and out of his football …

Women get blamed all the time-what are you talking about? Men have a plethora of blame to throw at women(especially those red pill men and misogynists), but the gag is men set the rules for dating and courting long ago and are now upset. And if you think women aren't getting blamed it's because men by in large control/lead relationships, marriage and the dynamics historically and presently even with women having more say. Ya'll forget about the dynamics of men and women pre 1940 and the fact wom…
