Is Divorce worth it?Yes it is spot on. I could be the OP, and am still married. And yes, you do act out to survive. Or at least to get what you need | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/02/23 02:38 PM
any of you men in here reading this forum just mulling over whether to divorce or not?The downgrade is sad but true, unless you have lots of career to recover. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/01/23 12:13 AM
any of you men in here reading this forum just mulling over whether to divorce or not?Alone.... Yeah for a while, but I think you could find someone and enter into that relationship with an escape clause. As in, keep track of who owns what and keep it very separate. Personally I am far beyond an age where children are involved. Financially, I could rationalize it this way; if I survived my current marriage with half, I'd need to meet someone that also had half. So together we would have a similar lifestyle. Ironically, a divorced woman that screwed her husband over and made out l… | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/01/23 12:04 AM
any of you men in here reading this forum just mulling over whether to divorce or not?I am in the exact same boat with you brother. Marriage is day to day pretty good, but there are some significant issues that I have a real hard time living with. I have tried many strategies with some success, but leaving is the best option. However, do I want to torpedo the good parts, and pay a very significant penalty in term of asset loss? I am retired and have no plans or ability to rebuild any lost equity. So I would just have to cut my lifestyle in half. It's not a really great place to b… | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/01/23 10:34 PM
Divorcing my wife after 31 years of marriage and over 40 years of knowing each other. Am I making a huge mistake?Of course, but a long time ago. Her libido wained and then died. She has said she has absolutely no interest and finds the notion of sex painful. Which it is for her I have no doubt. What she does not realize is that her decision to not have any intimacy is being made for me as well, as in our western culture there is an assumption that you get married and fall into manogammy. It makes any decision I make momentous. If I stay I must live with it, if I leave, I give up an otherwise nice life. Opt… | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/12/22 01:57 PM
Divorcing my wife after 31 years of marriage and over 40 years of knowing each other. Am I making a huge mistake?Wow, for the second time in one post, I am in the same boat. And at the same stage of getting the argument of , we either change, or go our separate ways. I have even started reading gottman. The total lack of Intimacy is going to be the stake in the heart I fear. How to tackle that one? | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/12/22 11:53 PM
Divorcing my wife after 31 years of marriage and over 40 years of knowing each other. Am I making a huge mistake?Let me know. I am right beside you in that boat. Only 34 years married, 37 years as friends. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/12/22 10:34 PM
Family claim says I cannot sell any possessions but I'm downsizing my to an apartment and have no room for half this stuff. What can I do?Id say the same thing. Offer her a choice, store it and split the costs, or sell it and split the money. | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/04/17 04:22 PM
What does everyone think about vasectomys?I got the snip after the second kid at about age 36. I am in Canada, so I had to make an appointment about 2 months ahead, and to my surprise, I got a call about a cancellation the next day to work and could I come in that afternoon. (I work across from the hospital). Talk about not being mentally ready!! After a quick call home, I took the afternoon off, went in and got the snip. Totally painless. I took the train home that evening, and went out with a friend and hit golf balls. The only discom… | /r/MGTOW | 08/02/16 10:40 PM

so she wanted it... he did it... and he is accused of a rape?!Why is it that there is an age below which she can not give consent, hence the definition of statutory rape, but that does not apply to him? This is further accentuated when you consider woman sexually develop faster than men do. So in fact she was the more sexually developed at that age, but she gets the protection of age immaturity. If they were both young (under the age of concent), why not look at the overall intent as if they both were willing participants. Sit them down and tell them they … | /r/MGTOW | 16/01/16 01:16 AM
