6	Triggered over having their point proven Minorities are historically difficult to work with. Because of anti-discrimination laws, they have a lot of power in the workplace. Any slight they see could turn into a massive lawsuit. They're also difficult to fire because it looks like you're getting rid of minorities, which isn't legal. Men are scared of women talking to councilor/HR/Deans/etc. because of that, men often don't socialize with women in the office and don't include them in happy hour events.
