I think in most cases, you aren't being friend zoned. It is usually a sign of dominance, or flirty banter depending on the context of the texts.

Keep the flirting harmless at work, unless you want to risk losing your job. Also, who cares if they think your gay, it doesn't matter what they think. Think of it like a shit test, if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything, and don't even really react. How is your kino during your encounters? You should always be having fun, but if you want more then escalate and close.

I would just joke around with her and say something like "I'm not your buddy, bro."

I'm sure you already know to work on your Kino. Take away some of the things the other guys did to establish the connection. I would not talk too much about previous relationships. I'm glad you have a good mindset about the night. It's about being in the moment and having fun. Do not think too much about the end game, or you might just psych yourself out. Just relax and establish quality connections with the men and women that you meet.

From the IT crowd. Can't find the clip Nicki: "I like your glasses." Moss: "I'm afraid they're not for sale.

Same day dinner seems a bit pre-mature. Nevertheless, I'm sorry you had a shitty night.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
