The problem is you can't prove it either way. You can't prove "I was coerced" or "she / he lied to me about birth control" (whether that be condom or pill). So someone who had entirely consentual sex and just didn't think about the possibilities can just lie in court, get away with it and voila! Now you gotta pay child support. But in reality, the way to solve this is to just have a nation with better people. Yes there will always be nutters, there will always be a few liars. But if you can inst…

True, but that isn't nearly the norm. The only reason she could do that is because the norm is people simply not thinking of the consequences

It's almost as if you shouldn't have sex with someone when you don't know what their plans for children are! It's almost as if nature intended sex to be for children. It's almost as if people are super irresponsible for the sake of 10 minutes of fun. But surely not right? Surely you'd think about the possibility of supporting a human being for 20 years before partaking in intercourse.

Yes of course! But it'd be the same as every match linking to their PornHub account. No matter how good PornHub is as a platform, you're gonna get salty pretty quickly because that's not why you're on tinder. If you wanted to be on PornHub, you'd be on PornHub. Same as if you wanted to be on OmlyFans, you'd go there

The thing is how?? Without physical interviews anything can be bypassed. Even something like requiring every new account to send in a video, which is invasive enough, can still be pretty easily faked. A good idea at least would be to require a different starting message each time. Or to say that social media accounts can't be mentioned in the first few messages. Or even perhaps that women can't mention social medias without guys doing it first although all of these have pretty obvious drawbacks.

The fight ends when you die. Whether you give up or not you're still going to pass on your habits, your views to the people around you. Some will disagree, some will agree. Some will be swayed. If you have kids, you won't bring them up on ideologies you find ridiculous will ya? Yeah alright, maybe publically you'll step down, stop being so loud. But what about finding a group of guys, one of whom is struggling with an abusive relationship and is scared to go to the police. I highly doubt you'll …

It's still at least possible! None of us know how kinky she is it her past sex life or anything like that. Just a casual reminder people are into scat, there is genuinely no limits as to what people are and aren't into

Idk man people are into rough sex nowadays, bruises aren't hard and fast evidence anymore! And what would the police gain from covering the rapes up? Are the guys of high status or something? We absolutely just need a better way of telling whether someone is telling the truth or not but that's impossible without 24/7 surveillance. And I personally don't want to record myself having sex I've got enough damn performance anxiety as it is! Or ideally, something which we could have which would make r…

I saw the first part of this story, where a discounted female employee found that she was being paid less than her make counterparts so she made an optional spreadsheet where everyone put their on. She was subsequently fired. At least I think it's the same story idk. I haven't actually heard this story despite many claiming it to be a repost

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
