Nyquil makes zzzquil, a non narcotic, non habit forming sleep aid that has helped me. Take it half an hour or an hour before bed. Also, "sleepy time" tea is helpfull. Turn off any screens like tv, pc, phone half an hour before bed as well. This had all helped me, hope it helps you.
