Yeah, I used to tease all the time over texts back in freshman/sophomore year. Learned quickly it didn't really help all that much. Teasing in real life is better, but by teasing I mean like tickling, making an obvious joke, ect. Don't try to make any sly, clever remarks that could be taken as offensive or you will alienate people very quickly.

High school is tough because its all about social standing. I've had the best luck going after girls from other schools in my area as well. You can really project any image you want onto a teenage girl. You just got to play the part.

I am in high school, and it really depends on where you go to high school. Just as a side note, giving up playing video games a ton, (I still play maybe 2-3 hours a week) has helped my social life more than anything else. I want to always be doing stuff, but now, instead of sitting in front of a computer, I call/text a friend to hang out. I think that was the biggest help to me. Just from my experience, straight up telling a girl you like her is an instant turn off. Just throw your game on, and escalate asap. You are walking a really thin line at this point and you need to show her you are interested in her with your body, not your mouth.

Yeah, just hit her up again in a week or two with another direct text invitation to a bar or any event you are going to with friends anyway. That way if she flakes, it doesn't affect you at all, and you can just sarge at the bar/party, but if she does show, you can lay on your game anyway, plus get a little bit of social proof going.

Ah, I notice some guys that don't have many female friends put women on pedestal more often than not, but guys with female friends can do it to. I agree with this, but what scares me is when he says "go for broke". There's not really a time where you should "go for broke" in the sense that you just lay everything on the line, except when you are in a LTR, and you are going to get engaged or something.
