| 0 | The Netherlands revises the rape laws, changes it to a completely non gendered law!I understand what you mean and agree that it matters how the law is applied the most. The freezing thing means that if there's not a yes, it means no, nothing means no, maybe is also a stop sign. If im at a party or whatever and someone (regardless of gender) starts touching me sexually and I freeze (=nothing = no), it's rape.
