It doesn't work that way, if you stay in this mindset it would be harder and harder to connect with other people. I'm not professional therapist, I can not tell you how to do it, but there are ways to minimize effects of loneliness and lack connection to your mental state. Being in relationship or having sex will not resolve your problems, if you end up with wrong person it could multiple it. You need to learn to be alone and being comfortable with it.

I have never been in Norway, I lived 2 months in Aarhus. If clubbing in Norway is anything similar to Denmark, then it's not that easy to hook up. You should go to Berlin clubbing it's hole different experience then anywhere in Europe and it's easiest to hookup. I would suggest Kit Kat and Trezor, just be aware that Kit Kat has specific dress code and if you're not comfortable with that, you should avoid it.
