I have done all those things, hugged her, stared into her eyes etc. But not kissed. What if I missed the window to do that? And now its just awkward if I go for it.

why do you need a bodybuilder to write you a guide, there is loads of advice online for free. Also bodybuilders are more likely to be on gear and know less about natural lifting. Follow a 5x5 program simple as

Thanks for your advice. I have been laid recently, twice in fact. Before that nothing for 5-6 months. However both times were drunk encounters and felt awkward in the morning. Guess it doesn't count. Especially as when I retried in the morning, they weren't having any of it. I am 26, this is my second degree. No even with more chatty girls, my conversation revolves around just asking questions but I can get away with it much easier. However, this isnt seductive at all and i just appear uninteresting. ANd the conversation is so one sided!
