Traveling is great. If I have 30 minutes to an hour I will take a powernap while listening to my favorite music (not really a nap, more like meditation). By the end of that I am focused and recharged. Shorter term like at a party, stepping outside for fresh air going on a quick walk is good.

Sounds like you need to get bigger, 164 at 5'11 is average to skinny. I was invisible to girls on a purely physical level until I bulked up from 155lbs to 185lbs at 5'8".
