I like them on people though... I think they are super flattering and come in a lot of colors so you can wear them with so many different colored tops. Why do we have to hate on such dumb things? Now I feel weird for liking them.

What you said makes sense. It's frustrating because I love him and I like to think nothing could ever cause me to be vindictive but I have no idea what the future holds. And it goes both ways, I came into the marriage with a good bit of jewelry and other items worth good money and he has made the same comments about never being able to imagine a time where he would want to be vindictive, but we don't know the future. That's why I wanted a prenup, to protect the man I love, even from me. I wish i…

THIS! You also get fucked should you have kids while married but they aren't yours. I can't fathom the stress that must be involved in this. It isn't fucking okay. I pushed for a prenup between myself (woman) and my husband because I like to assume we'll be together forever but I have no fucking clue. It isn't okay that you cannot fully protect yourself and your assets without also having rights to your own god damn children. However I'm also a firm believer in men being able to terminate their …

Even if it includes this? My husband chose an amazingly profitable career and my degree has me mostly working for non-profits who love to help others but think minimum wage is too good for their workers. I pushed for a prenup and I'm pretty sure it covers his ass for the money he makes during marriage. Am I wrong??

I don't think it's useless but I do think a prenup is in order.

I met him a long time ago when I was working at Toys 'R' Us. He was getting a present for a friend's kid and he cared so much about it, it was genuinely heart warming. Most people that came in grabbed the first toy they saw and called it a day but he gave great detail about their likes and interests. I had no idea who he was at the time and my co-workers swarmed me after he left. Seriously amazing man who deserves better. God damn all men deserve better. This is bullshit and only seems to be pro…

If it's so vital they can have a random women's day every week/month. It does stink but at the same time there are SOOOO many places that exclude men or where men can't be themselves. Until men's rights are met/understood we can at least not fuck over one of their only safe places to be themselves.

My husband and I were running errands and passed by his normal barbershop. Figured it was a great time to stop in and I said I'd just wait in the front for him. He explained that they don't want women in the shop so they can talk, etc. I said cool and hung out in the Goodwill a few shops down. Sometimes it's for simple reasons and once explained that should be the end of it. Not a hard concept.

No, no, she seduced him; it says right there in the court documents. I mean men can't be raped. /s Fuck them for retraumatizing a child and making him live with a whole other fucked up aspect of being raped for the rest of his life. Disgusting.

So, I am a woman who grew up in an abusive home (abusive mother) and because of it I learned a lot of toxic behavior. Fast forward to me starting to date my husband and whenever I get frustrated with him I punch him in the arm. Finally one day he asks me to stop because it hurts him and he doesn't like it and I was honestly taken back. I had seen on so many shows and in so many movies, women hit their friends/boyfriends/husbands in the arm/chest/etc. and it was always met with laughter. I then t…

Can someone make the same shit but with a tampon ad? Please?! See how fast it gets flagged as hate speech.

Which is what I had always assumed what with dangly bits but even if it wasn’t, no one has a right to pour bleach on ANYONE. If a man did it to a woman who had a big ass bag next to her HE would definitely get in a lot of trouble. Woman take up just as much space with our bags, if not more. Fuck her.

Are you religious though? I am hoping to "break the cycle" with my own children and will fight tooth and nail to do so but religion is a difficult beast to understand in logical terms. That's why I was hoping for the understanding of those being immediately affected.

So, I was comparing the two and u/Woodchucking was just pointing out that it is different in form just because it is not the entirety of the head of the penis that is removed. I do not believe they were at all saying that circumcision is not a form of genital mutilation. I was just hoping for discussion to better understand the viewpoint of men seeing as I can only speak on behalf of my clitoris and I don't think it's right to pretend I know best when I am not a part of the class of people being…

I've tried this as an explanation but was again told I just don't understand.

I've watched this and what's sad is this is almost how the discussion went (I did not verbally bitch slap him though). But he just kept saying because religion and I don't know how to fight that. Even in the video they couldn't sway him.

Well, I was raised in an Orthodox Christian community and although I am not sure my feelings on religion, I had wanted our children at least baptised and then if he wanted them to be brought up Jewish, that was okay (he is more religious than I am). He said that baptism was fine if we could also have our boys circumcised, so I threw out baptism; fuck that! He is now holding steady to wanting them circumcised either way so at the moment I guess I'm just going to pray for girls. But honestly some …

And so removing it would significantly dull sensation, wouldn't it?

You're right, that does make it a pretty shitty comparison on my part. I just feel it's also kind of shitty to take away sensitivity from a child's penis for...reasons...that I don't fully understand. I think I need to look into the religion side of things some more.

From what I've read (and I could be wrong) the head of the penis is where most of the sensation is (not to say there aren't obviously nerves in other parts) but that is why I was comparing the two.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
