"No one is coming" has been my mantra for about 5 years now. It's an ugly truth, but God damn is it empowering.

"... they keep expanding the definition of the word to include verbal, financial, psychological etc etc so that any disagreement with a woman becomes "abuse"." The power of this truth cannot be overstated.

I don't understand much about addiction. My only "addiction" is sugar. I think there is a genetic component to addiction but I wouldn't take it so far as to call it a disease. Modern medicine would disagree with me, but the soft (social) sciences have infiltrated medicine nowadays. Or so it seems to me. Weathering diarrhea doesn't require willpower. Defeating addiction does, I would think.

From your name, I assume this matter is personal to you. Is there middle ground between not patting yourself on the back too much and having some measure of pride in battling addiction?

It's absolutely primal. If they even suspect your behavior is contrived or you're following a playbook, it's motherfucking catastrophic for a LTR.

You need to read Rollo's treatise on "just getting it." If she has to tell you what she wants, you don't "just get it." For men, it's the difference between having to ask for a BJ and getting one unsolicited. If I have to ask, it's already lost something.

I deeply respect your attitude and philosophy on fatherhood. Personally, I've struggled with it greatly and only recently started pulling my shit together. Your contribution was timely and appreciated.

The existence you've described is what led me here. The darkest moments of my life were spent lying next to the apathetic woman who I allowed to cause them. Her complete absence of empathy broke me. I died inside and something else grew back in its place.

The struggle is real, the path is lonely, and the pill is bitter. But it's better than being an ignorant and confused slave. The ground is littered with the bleached bones of decent men who died sacrificing in the service of those who did not give a shit about them. The cost of avoiding that fate is painful knowledge that weighs heavily on many of us.

"It's a bit like how Robert Greene defines power, You can choose to ignore it, but power is going on all around you, it will affect your life and people will use it against you. IMO It is better to be aware of the rules for the game so you can revel in it." Gold. Much like Ayn Rand: "You can ignore reality, but you can't ignore the consequences of ignoring reality."

Political correctness doesn't trump the laws of physics, despite Hollywood's love affair with 130 lb women kicking a grown man's ass.
/r/TheRedPill28/09/16 12:41 PM

Currently, women have the luxury of being treated as both equal and protected. Kicking a woman's ass makes you an abuser. Getting your ass kicked by a woman makes you a pussy. And domestic violence laws define the "primary aggressor" as the person who basically "wins" the confrontation, not the one who initiated it. Barring a societal breakdown, I don't foresee an incentive for women to keep their hands to themselves.

I dig your Benjamin Button thought experiment/analogy. Having said that, you can tighten this up. B minus.

Tough love time. Pull your head out of your ass. That bitch is dead to you. Full stop. Zero contact from now on. If you don't respect yourself enough not to be her tampon, no one else will. You are only now approaching your prime, and there are literally billions of women in the world. Stop shopping for bargain bitches hoping they will reward your lack of standards. Get hard, motherfucker. Get your mind right.

"If a LTR is what you want and you're on here asking how to handle your girlfriend, you're not ready for one." 24 karat GOLD. Patroclus: "You told me never to change sword hands." Achilles: "Yes, and when you know how to use it, you won't be taking my orders."

The fuck it isn't. If someone doesn't want children, so be it. Demographically, we are fucked anyway. No one is going to change that by sacrificing their freedom on the altar of procreation. There is no individual obligation of slavery in this life. The cost/benefit analysis of that choice is something each of us has to live with. My genes don't owe anyone shit. Nature can keep score. No one cares during their dirt nap.

From the situation you illustrated earlier, if you've reached the point of making out with a chick you've identified as a slut, escalate without hesitation. If she shuts you down because she's made you for boyfriend material and wants to slow play things, politely but abruptly walk. Don't act butt hurt, but establish your value through indifference. As you astutely pointed out, why should you pay full price for something she gives away for free? When she realizes that you respect yourself too mu…

Keep it light and playful, but definitely steer the conversation towards sex as seamlessly as circumstances permit.

I think when you have your life squared away, you have to project that you give even less of a fuck when it comes to dating and relationships. They have to KNOW beyond any doubt that you will walk at any moment for any reason. When this is the case, they either play it straight really quick or they get discarded and ignored.

You summed it up with not displaying provider traits. It sucks that empathy and human decency are liabilities in these situations. But that's a hard motherfucking fact of life your ass better get realistic about. Hammer or nail? Choose wisely.

Pump the brakes, bro. You're either disturbed, a troll, or a disturbed troll. The frustrations you've voiced are valid and shared. But if you are sincere in your blood lust, you are only hurting the cause. And if you're a troll, that is obviously your intent. Either way, you've shit all over this man's superb offering. A mod will be along shortly to flush your "contribution" to this conversation.

Exactly. This path is about skepticism and ownership of your thoughts and actions. Never put your life on autopilot, not even with TRP principles.

My early 20's were excruciating for me too. I respect and appreciate the position you are in. Just keep living, take some calculated risks, and in all things put yourself first.

From a practical standpoint, you need to date and interact with different women immediately, or when you do eventually stumble into an LTR, you will be wildly outmatched. Hell, men with decades of experience get dominated by shrews. You are blessed to have been exposed to these concepts, but it's time to start putting them into practice. I emphasize the word practice. Regarding sex, I respect your personal integrity in this matter. But if you allow your natural desire to reach the sexual promise…

You should watch the movie Stand by Me. It's about a group of childhood friends sharing one last adventure before starting junior high school. The quote is more about your perception of friendship before life becomes complicated and strips away your idealism and naivete.

"... the ability to harness a lack of empathy or care for others..." This encapsulates everything. It's the antithesis of what most of us are taught, but it's the only way to avoid being someone's tampon.

"Things that would depress me 10 years ago wouldn't even irritate me today..." I've noticed this also. A side effect of suffering is resilience and perspective.

I suggest the following. Playfully say, "I will give you 3 guesses." After the 3rd guess, say, "Nope, you lose. I'm <whatever the answer is>." Then turn your face and tap your cheek expectantly as if demanding a kiss on the cheek. When she moves in to kiss your cheek, wait until the last possible second and then turn into her kiss with your lips. This bold, crafty move is like a bad boy cheat code. I almost feel irresponsible sharing it.

I'm 6'4", and while it obviously didn't hurt my prospects, the fact that I was a skinny, white knight, beta bitch did. I knew many cocky 5'5" bushmasters in my youth who kept their dicks wet with enviable regularity.
