1	How do I keep a conversation moving? Agreed, listen because it’s a dance. Though practically a really good exercise to do (at home) is free association. This will help train your brain to be able to start intelligently thread topics together. I do it 4 minutes every day and has found that it has helped a lot + it’s a load of fun.
