Agreed, listen because it’s a dance. Though practically a really good exercise to do (at home) is free association. This will help train your brain to be able to start intelligently thread topics together. I do it 4 minutes every day and has found that it has helped a lot + it’s a load of fun. Helps with confidence knowing that you can hold conversations and with that you are not afraid of the silence and can choose whether to contribute or let her fill the gap.

Send lower investment snaps, and come from a place of value rather than trying to get something from the girl. Questions are too much investment (depending on where you are in the interaction) assumptions/statements are much more interesting. Anyway go for number rather than snap as its much more efficient.
