The reason they are payed differently is because the contracts they sign are different. The men’s teams contracts are entirely based off bonuses from scoring/blocking goals and other important parts of the sport, while the women’s team has half bonus half salary contracts, which is less risky with a lower average wage. The men’s contracts are riskier but have a higher average wage.

It is actually a problem. Boys are far more likely to develop a ADHD, and as somebody who has ADHD, it does just about nothing to stop it. The reason girls do better in education is because they can learn at that age. On average, boys prefrontal cortex develops 8-10 years old, while girls develop 7-8. Mine developed at 12. I started realizing what was happening around me. Up until recently, I was a feminist, but then I started hearing the other side and listening to them, and saw how feminism was cruel and mean to dads. I think the idea of feminism was great but the executed it horribly, and only focused on women’s rights, and try to take away that of men’s.
