Lets be honest, OP is right with the message, but that 59 yr old with 10% bodyfat is probably on testosterone, HGH or some other steroid. Nothing wrong with that but that is the majority of the result. It's still hard work obviously- but the drugs obviously encourage your body to pack on mass, cut fat, stay learn, give you energy to train harder and fully recover for the next day.

The war against white men is hilarious. I don't take it too seriously but if it continues to build then some bad could come of it

Lots of women are beginning to realize the war against men right now- glad some of them speak out and talk about it lmao

Literally never wore a cologne in my life, always felt it was ridiculous spending money on a little bottle to spray myself with daily.... but definitely going to consider one as it seems like something every man should possess

I read this thinking it was gonna end with the classic "So I fought 4 dudes at once, knocked them all out cold then fucked the girl" LMAO but you were honest, you ran. Probably the best move honestly, street fights are messed up dude, I've seen guys get sucker punched, jumped, hit when out cold .etc.. its dangerous and unnecessary

I didn't even know a site like this existed, but thats actually pretty awesome haha. Basically seems like if you become wealthy enough then you can just line up chicks on the internet despite being a dusty old fart bag

This post and thread is epic... some days I sit back and remember how fortunate an opportunity I was given to be born in a third world country where you have the freedom to become anything you work for. IIRC making over 30k a year puts you in the top 1% of the world (as far as income levels). It makes sense that going to a third world country you'd be much more likely to have a higher "standing" or "status" based on income level, which is nuts. So obvious but flew over my head and everyone else …

One of my fave posts on TRP ever. Inspirational and makes me want to get into the service industry, but at the same time, the consequences are sketchy. Either way this is hilarious
/r/TheRedPill07/07/17 02:53 AM

Most important takeaway: "Before you work on your game you should get everything else you need to get done that day done. If you don’t, and you’re not experienced, you will be giving yourself excuses about why you shouldn’t do this or that approach or why it’s not a good idea with her right now. Plus, if you’ve dropped something important to come out instead, you’re probably going to be visibly tense, even if you don’t realise it. Wrap your stuff up first guys." Discipline gives you the freedom …

I get infuriated by lazy people, particularly those who blame depression/anxiety/ADD on pre-dispositioned genetics or "bad roll of the dice" or "society" .etc who are constantly on social media, the internet, watching TV .etc and neglecting their physical health i.e. nutrition and exercise. People are distracted and dont want to make positive change to their life. I try to encourage friends and people I generally interact with to do the hard things, live a disciplined life and make the positive …

Don't sigh.... reach success and status in life... easiest way is money or talent. Height doesn't make a big enough difference in the entertainment or financial world to discourage people
/r/askTRP21/06/17 02:02 AM

This is a savage post... but I agree with the consensus its very hard as a short guy. I'm over 6" but I know several guys around 5"5 height. 2 of them in particular are actually dating pretty cute girls.. I think they met them through work because if it was a dating app they probably would get crushed. However, it is definitely possible. Also remember if you want it bad enough, become a Bruno Mars/rich guy

Muay Thai, however this is the least popular of the 3 depending where you live, so better off with Boxing and BJJ

I gave up sugar for the most part but still eat it once a week or so. I eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday and then have a salad and chicken wrap (so a whole wheat wrap) with veggies for lunch and dinner everyday. Once a week Ill get pizza or chicken wings with friends, and have some beers. I feel like zero sugar will never happen but having it 1-2 days a week I can live with. Some of the side effects I've had from giving up breads, simple carbs and sugar is increased energy that is extremely co…

"most people view their day as if that window from 5 PM after work to 11 PM when they go to sleep must be filled with some sort of screen entertainment no matter what" arguably the most truthful statement on TRP (and reddit in general). The traditional work day for adults is 9-5 and most people would get home, watch TV, eat and sleep as their exhausted. This time frame becomes the window of opportunity for entrepreneurs, and people on a path of self improvement. Pretty much every one of my frien…

The point I was trying to make is that he was mentally and physically exhausted doing mundane labour all day but still found time to harness his craft and break out of that job cycle
/r/TheRedPill23/05/17 12:21 PM

I agree 100% on the virtue signaling thing. I'm not looking to get credit for volunteering, I'm looking to meet people around my age group while doing something productive. Yes obviously theres hobbies or activities I can be taking up but they generally require money and experience... plus there easier to take up with friends (and mine are all uninterested in trying new things). I feel like with volunteering, Being in an environment where teamwork is encouraged (i.e. a workplace, school, team) b…

OP is right, this post will get downvoted though. Only exception is like others mentioned, high status/success AKA comedians, musicians, actors, pro athletes, entrepreneurs (and I mean the energetic guys who lead groups of people or have a niche). So basically if your not naturally gifted with a great face- continue to work out anyways but put more effort into building a successful life and becoming the top of your field
/r/TheRedPill18/05/17 01:34 AM

This is a pretty dumb statement. Chicks prefer lean and ripped over big and bulky any day- 6 foot and 172 at a low body fat is fine for the beach and realistically if your maxing out your frame (150 to 172) getting an extra more 10-15lbs is going to be alot of extra work that could be better spent elsewhere. I could be wrong but where are those extra 10-15lbs gonna go? arms?
/r/TheRedPill17/05/17 01:44 AM

Looking at this personalcapital site now, looks pretty interesting. Is it free and how do the bank accounts link together exactly to total net worth and spending habits?

I think everyone agrees with me when I say we need less fucking terms in general because its getting ridiculous with all these gender pronouns and times of privilege lol
/r/TheRedPill30/03/17 02:00 AM

OP is 100% right. Kind of hilarious to think about... What "lifestyle and logistic" jobs can be added to that list? Bartender "Model" Photographer (lmao) Musician/Band/DJ/Comedian (so live performer) Outdoor sports instructor (Kayaking, Surfing, .etc) Class instructors (Yoga, Dancing, Art) Wedding videographer Tour Guide Agree/disagree or any others?

I agree with some of your points, particularly the title and "inspire" part. Amongst my own groups of friends and classmates both guys and girls, I'm constantly asking people about their goals and how their going to accomplish them. Everytime someone says "but" or "I'm so busy" or "too lazy" I call them on their bullshit right away. Sometimes a simple "stop being such a little bitch" works. Other times I'll jump to a polite, well-thought out strategy with them i.e. A friend of mine wanted to get…

Missed the first 5 days but this is a cool concept- even TRP aside, daily tasks to improve anyone can be extremely beneficial in this "challenge" type format

Powerful post, makes me want to take up rock climbing lmao
/r/TheRedPill14/02/17 01:53 PM

I'd say it lacks "professionalism" or keeping ones word. Showing up late is frowned upon under most context, as it shows lack of preparation. Showing up too early is definitely showing neediness, but if the time is say 10:30pm and you show up at 10:25 it shows that you're organized
/r/TheRedPill11/02/17 06:47 PM

Wow, this is quite trippy. I've basically done this (start bringing together random friends into a steady group) over the last year and am building an "empire" so to speak. The eventual plan is buying my own house next year, renting it out to some tenants and hosting activities/parties .etc to make a routine group and do fun stuff, while working on myself. The way you wrote it was hilarious though, almost as if some sort of evil mastermind plan

Pissing in the center of toiletwater, not on the side to make it quiet Being the leader and assigning tasks Not tolerating disrespect, either with standing up to yourself (no overreaction) or ignoring it Explaining something you have a wide knowledge of Getting sweaty in work Studying or working in such a focus that you do not think of anything, only about your work My favorites of those, especially 5. I call it "the zone" as many others probably do, but it's a powerful trance
