| 2 | This Can’t Be Said EnoughThis is spot on. Some mens issues that lead to toxic masculinity behaviors are things we reinforce with peer pressure toward each other. But a decent amount of it comes from women creating and upholding stereotypes of what it means to be a real man and what makes a man attractive. When the reverse occurs from men toward women, you best believe it’s discussed. But for mens issues women aren’t interested at all in changing how they treat us. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 21/02/22 04:54 PM |
| 1 | This Can’t Be Said EnoughNot getting this kind of attention is why so many men get upset, frustrated, or “angry” when their female partner denies them sexual attention. That sexual time together is often the ONLY way men get caressed and romantically touched. If we got non-sexual romantic touching more often, the rejection about sex wouldn’t be as painful and we wouldn’t be so upset about it. Plus it would make us and our partners closer if they actually bonded with us affectionately. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 21/02/22 04:48 PM |
