I feel like it’s an old archaic leftover. Before, women were only allowed to do things at the behest of their fathers and husbands. Fast forward to 2021. This is no longer true. Women have broken glass ceilings and have become juggernauts in their own right. But only the exceptional few. But mostly I think a LARGE majority of women rest on the laurels of the few.
