Yes of course I lift, dress better etc etc I'm not saying that TRP doesn't work and I'm not blaming anyone or anything else for my "failure". Be the right man get the right women etc, I get it. I'm just saying that it seems wrong to me personally to compromise who you are. I could treat women like shit and fuck them, but what's the point.

This doesn't mean you can't be happy with women. It means you must derive happiness from the self, the internal. Not from success with women. Truth man

I know I should be doing Salsa classes or whatever it just doesn't seem like realistically something I'd actually do. All I can think of is drinking related things, but social interaction whilst drunk seems a bit pointless long-term. There's not a lot to do here.

Also I know "The manipulated Man" isn't meant to be taking entirely literally and it's a bit tongue in cheek, but damn what would your mother think if she read it?

Ever since I took an interest in the topic and read books etc I've had sex with exactly zero girls. Its been a year, before I'd have 2/3 causal lays and maybe a few short term girlfriends per year and that was okay to be honest. Though I got into TRP aswell and i think it's toxic.

Just eat. Focus your whole attention on what you do.

"Be yourself" is actually brilliant advice if you interpret it in the right way.

I would say try to understand it, repression never helps anything. An example is many people have uniform fetishes because they fear authority. Perhaps the desire for submission comes from the same place as your desire to me dominant.

Yeah I understand that's a common issue here, I'd say the opposite, for the most part i've put women right to the back of my mind and yeah I've made some progress on improving myself. My main propriety last year was getting off drugs which I've done. I know all the things I need to do, the theoretical go out and approach etc etc. The crux of my problem is that feel so conflicted. I understand the way a man should act to be successful under red pill definitions, it just doesn't feel genuine. I do…

I appreciate that you took the time to reply, I just didn't find the content helpful. It's not personal. I'll upvote this though if it means a lot to you.

I'm not sure, if you want to notice certain traits in women you definitely will. By acceptance do you mean taking the attitude that it's their nature to be that way so don't hold it against them? I'm not saying necessarily that it isn't true, but is it helpful? Does it make you happy? Does it become a defence mechanism?
/r/askTRP

I think my main problem is that I live with them. I know I need to sort this out asap. But for the moment it feels like there's only so much you can develop under such circumstances. Also I wouldn't like to bring girls home anymore, I feel embarrassed about (some) of my previous girl friends.

Nail on the head, I'm doing fuck all. I have no idea what I'm doing in my life.

Thank you for your reply. I like being relationships because I don't have to worry about dating, even if in the past I made many classic BP mistakes. I just hate the feeling of being "another sweaty dude", like any girls going to have several guys trying at any one time and I don't like the feeling of being another rat in the race. I just fear regret when I'm old of not doing more when I was young. If I'm out and there's obvious competition, competing feels so greasy, we all know what's going on…
/r/askTRP

I could of picked a better title. I'm not blaming anything. I just think TRP as helped in some ways but there is also potential to develop unhealthy attitudes towards women. Success being marked as having sex with loads of women strikes me as insecure, maybe it's not the most important thing for me. But damn, sometimes I really miss females, not even the sex specifically just more in general.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
