4	Thoughts on the idea that women are excluded from male dominated jobs? I agree to this. I am in HR and looking for an HR position is incredibly difficult. I had an interview where I was everything they were looking for. (not saying that my gender might have been the only factor but it almost seems like it). but I didn't get it. Granted they had two people who were male in that HR role in their department.
