From what I heard the "I'm sorry" doesn't work as an admission of guilt in court anymore becase there are phrases like "I'm sorry to hear that". Even straight up apologizing cannot be used as a proof because many people just apologize for anything. Apologizing can still make you look bad in the eyes of the public though. E.g. There might be some jobs that do that. But most don't. In certain places jobs pay women more than men for the same job and men still earn more on average (Simpson Paradox).

If you don't like something someone else does with their own body then you don't have to be a part of it I generally agree. If someone's going to get a tatoo or dye their hair or whatever, I don't care. But there are things that I would care about.
