1	Female social media addiction is just as bad for the sexual market as male porn addiction I don’t think that invalidates the OP’s premise. Men are significantly less likely to pursue a woman if they are told she has a boyfriend. But women more likely to be spinning plates and trying to keep a steady amount of men interested and attentive.
