Last weekend at my small town bar the hottest girl at that place was married to a guy who was most likely 5’6”. His wife was probably the same height.

It’s unhealthy, yet almost demanding. If women change their selection process, men will change their behavior.
/r/seduction04/06/25 09:51 PM

In both cases, self esteem issues are at play, I would suspect usually with the men, it’s a lack of options and or pride about staying together for the family no matter what. Whereas with these women, they have options, but are convinced thru toxic behaviors by the men that they are lucky to be with a man of this high of value. Whether or not he actually is, is of no consequence.

You can watch a few Casey Zander videos about this. Basically and unfortunately, if you don’t overly commit or compliment them, they think you are higher value than them. This convinces them to stay.

I would suspect some people here would say don’t be flirty. That’s a bad idea. Flirting is such a fun part about intersexual relationships. Just don’t get dirty about it. Don’t talk about dicks, tits and vaginas. Steer the conversation away from those things. Just let them know you don’t hookup and make it clear that it’s not a shit test. It’s the truth. My suggestion long term is find ways to please your man sexually without giving up your box. In other words, blowjobs, handjobs, anal, etc.

If it were me, I would be a blunt asshole about things that are clearly a set up as well. He could be annoyed by your childish questions and lack of confidence. Apologies for the comment. I think those types of questions are childish. If you seek validation. Find another route.

From your post’s perspective it seems like he is being a bit of a dick. However not knowing his side I can at least say this from my experience. I definitely have a type. Think Jennifer Connelly. I have dated two women of this type long term. But, the most attractive girl that I ever dated was not this type. Think more like Emmy Rossum from shameless. She adored me, was enthusiastic and adventurous. Charming, sexy, flirty. Perhaps your husband is a bit too blunt and comes off in the wrong tone. …

I’m obviously making a conjecture. This happens a lot to women in the dating sphere. Men will settle for short term fun. The women “dating” these men continue to date these men higher than them in the sexual marketplace in short term relationships and can’t understand why these men won’t commit to them. This will trick a woman into thinking she is higher value in the marketplace than she actually is. There can always be exceptions to this. Perhaps you are. I’m just pointing out a likely potentia…

As a woman, don’t say he’s a nice guy or do the introducing. If you’re single and trying to help him out, the other women will just think, so why aren’t you with him? Women want what other women want, so painting a picture of him being desired by other women is ideal. My sister in law is the perfect wingwoman. She is attractive and conveys to other women that I am desired and would be stupid to not go out with me. They (my brother and her) have little kids now, so I no longer have this opportuni…

Hot yoga. In something like that, you’ve definitely gotta let the women come to you. Women are very guarded in those situations. They realize men go to those for poon. Say you’re doing it to keep your back healthy.

I don’t have much on dread. Couple things I can think of are taking your girl to a restaurant that you know hires attractive waitresses, not hooters. Also having hobbies that place you around other women, such as biking.

More mystery in early stages, however women need chaos in their lives. This is true for first dates and decades long marriages. There is a reason why in the biblical creation story, the Bible says Eve ate the apple. Not that I am that religious, but the Bible was written before feminism. Attraction only grows in space. So don’t let her have a GPS tracker on you for your “safety”, don’t call her everyday right as you leave work, every now and then introduce some dread. Women need to know that the…

This sub has a general agreement on withholding. Yes it benefits you to withhold information and emotion. Let her do the talking. Be more vague in your responses to her questions. Not to the point where you look and sound like a pompous asshole. Women love mystery and adventure. Whether they admit it or not. When you are seeking multiple women, it is easier to say no to personality traits you don’t like. Women can sense your willingness to not put up with their shit. They become more attracted t…

If he truly cared about you, he would become an evil asshole and make you hate him. He likes your attention. From what I am reading, you two are still communicating. This needs to stop. This will come out a little harsh. Brace yourself. You’re longing for a man who was significantly above you in the sexual marketplace. Be aware of this. He was never going to marry you. Realize where you stand in the marketplace.

It is uncommon for a woman to share this attitude. They spin multiple plates until they find what they want.

I think you’re reacting to surface level RP stuff. That stuff is more like seduction, game tactics. Not meant for long term relationships. I listen to a lot of Rollo material and he doesn’t necessarily encourage marriage, but doesn’t say, don’t get married. He says don’t get married to modern women. There is a difference.

In my experience, short women are the ones with over the top height preferences. Plenty of woman taller than me I found out wanted to bang me, but I just assumed that because they were taller than me, they wouldn’t be interested. A lot of women hate being tall. So the idea of dating and I think evolutionarily, being fertilized by a shorter man, gives their next offspring a chance at a better height preference. Hope that makes sense.

I had a boss once who was extremely authoritarian. I’m not saying you are this way, but I want to use this as an example. He would always shoot the messenger or tell people they were stupid for making honest mistakes. He would also simultaneously be completely baffled that his employees couldn’t think independently. They depended on him for insight. Your situation is a mild version of this. If you want your husband to be better at leading. You need to allow him the space to practice. He is motiv…

Have you tried ketovore or carnivore style diets? I myself am what I describe as animal based keto. Basically I limit vegetables. Eat fatty meat, lil fermented dairy, and fruit. Eggs occasionally. But any food that is a common allergy I try to avoid. That’s just a weird theory I have.

Extremely unsolicited advice. I apologize thoroughly. Are you aware that ketogenic diets were first used for managing seizures. Once again. Sorry for being unsolicited. I know these types of comments are annoying.

Man commenting. Men don’t care about your accolades. Obviously there are extremes to this, some Harvard graduate may be put off by dating a female gas station employee, but in general men don’t care about some impressive woman with amazing accolades. Women are the ones who want high status. Men want the simple things, nice, fun, sexy, agreeable. You’re going for an engineering degree. You’ve put yourself in the right position to date almost any high status man.

A man commenting here. There is always truth in something having more value when it is rare or difficult to get. What I think is the difference is that men want LESS of a challenge than do women. Don’t love bomb him, but a woman being responsive and enthusiastic in a text conversation is gold.

Let him know when you bring it up that it’s not a deal breaker. If you bring up marriage never clarifying that it isn’t a deal breaker, he may want to break up. If you then clarify later, he will think you’re just saying it then to get him to stay and you try to get him to marry you later again. On typing and thinking, I think you should clarify that it’s not a deal breaker PREEMPTIVELY. Then bring up your change of heart.

Man here. Anyone asks me to scale a building to unlock a door for them sounds like a great time. It’s probably not as difficult as it seems to you. I have done this a couple times. Both times were for a gf at the time, but I would have gladly done it for any old lady as well. It’s not that difficult. Yes I think you are overreacting. Edit: after reading other comments, I did this in my mid 20s. I’m 35 now and yes I would still enjoy doing this. You don’t have to take my word for it. Go ask a men…

Male here just pointing out. How can you call yourself a traditional wife if you’re seeking money and fame on your own accord? Isn’t that suppose to be what you want your man to do while you support him? Any famous traditional female is not traditional. It’s like saying I’m Christian and pro choice.

Not a female, but I can help you lose weight while not being in a semi starved state. This would be the red pill equivalent of nutrition as compared to relationship dynamics like this sub is.

I fixed my IBS with ketovore. Veggies are the problem. Not the fatty meat. I eat chuck steak, pork steak, fermented dairy products and a little bit of fruit. No more terrors, panics, or IBS. Don’t do high plant keto. Do low plant keto.

There’s a red pill for relationship dynamics (this sub). There is also a red pill for diet and health. Your trauma is definitely an environmental issue. However maximizing your diet to help manage it is a game changer. I did not suffer like you did. I did have night terrors and a couple panic attacks every year. Completely gone. Ketovore is how I would describe it. I planted the seed. You must water it. Good luck to you and your future hubby.

Can I pat myself on the back here? I have these traits. My problem was I was betatized by society. Took my divorce to red pill myself. I have 25 pounds of extra muscle. Good jaw, good eyes, I was about to start my own business then the divorce happened. I never would have divorced her or cheated. Aside from perhaps her stabbing with a knife or something. These men exist. A lot of them are beta though. Turns most women off. I was definitely in that boat. I guess I should be looking at this from a…

I’m not here to give advice. Idk how to fix it on your side of the relationship. I am a man. However I will tell you what the thought process is. One it is a part of what you think it is. Laziness. Another is the big fat lie that society tells us in that we don’t need to date our significant others once we are in love. Another is because society tells us that love should be unconditional, we get cozy and comfortable in the relationship and we stop trying to be that stoic man you fell in love wit…

I (M35), have been red pilled in the past year, with diet and relationships. I just stumbled upon this sub a couple days ago. I listened to the book “The surrendered wife” on Spotify last night and this book absolutely nails it. I was getting aroused sexually listening to her suggest to women about being vulnerable and letting your man lead. Men are visual creatures and this book for women was doing it for me. Good men are givers by nature, make him feel like the fucking man, it will bring passi…

I’m not quite sure how the red pill women manipulation works. I stumbled upon this from my red pill men’s sub. What I will say is, what my situation was. My ex was super high strung, when it was time to move in from renting to house buying, by golly the next day she was already going to the bank to discuss loans. Don’t be like that. Your husband wants these same things, he also wants peace, use whatever strategies they suggest to get him to do these things for you. In my opinion it comes down to…

Idk if I’m allowed to comment here. I’m a male, 35 years old. Red pilled myself with relationships. My ex wife divorced me last year. She was 31 at the time of divorce. She left me. She was a control freak. I had a super demanding job and when I came home, I would help feed the kid, give him a bath, do dishes, and she was in constant panic mode. I was walking on eggshells. I could handle the stress at work, but not at home. I literally couldn’t think straight. My initial thought at home wasn’t “…
