| 32 | You got denied!I work in the energy sector on the Gulf Coast. My facility employs 900 people in which over 95% is male. Starting salary is about 90k/year. Women have to meet the absolute minimum requirements to get hired and it is nearly impossible for them to get fired. Almost all of them either quit or opt out for a lower paying office job in logistics.
