I want to add something to this post. If you are doing the thing that you are supposed be doing. Don't forget this golden rule: NEVER, EVER MAKE EXCEPTIONS. If you stop smoking and something terrible happened. You can go for ''one'' smoke, because of the circumstances. But this exception just made certain that you will make more ''exceptions''. This is called falling into a cycle. One day, you will wake up again and start doing the thing you are supposed to do, but will fail again because of thi…

Yeah, I can do that. If there is any demand for it.

To be fair I didn't edit it later. It was already there. Either you saw it or you didn't.

You are welcome, brother. I would suggest you to read the book, because it goes really in depth. Some rules in his book need more explanation than others.

If people take better care for their pets than themselves. I would say so.

I agree with you that it was a really important part in the book. I didn't use it, because most people on TRP only want to read simple rules and use it.

I gave credit to the book I have it from. If people are really curious then they will see that the author is ''Jordan Peterson''.

This sounds like there is someone else on the side. Or your latest behavior have been beta, that is why she is shit-testing you. Because you don't deserve it. There is just too little information to know what exactly is going on. So, just confront her with a frame that you will leave at any moment. Unless, you are good with the way she is treating you.

I really like this post. I have a circle of friends that put me down all the time. I have cut all contacts with them and I am going my own way now. I am still stuck in phase 2 for a couple of years. Sometimes I come in phase 3, but drift back. The only thing I can probably say is having consistence in developing good habits. You should never make an exception to the habits you are developing. That is where I went wrong. I will start again with lifting every day and tracking my calories.

I really appreciate this post. I am doing an internship in Android development and in my spare time I am trying to think about problems that could be solved. But my skill level is not high enough that I can solve these problems. Even in my internship I ask a lot of questions, because I am really new to it. I want to start a business in software, but I am not sure where I should go and what I can offer. Do you have maybe advice for me?

After two months I still have feelings for my ex. I even freeze sometimes when I see her and can't even try to act like an alpha. Are there any remedy for this?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
