Right, because everyone knows that rape comes with unavoidable jail time too /s You and I have a very different idea of what justice is. Sounds like you just want punishment to the max rather than even attempt to understand why things are happening and how to fix them. Yes. It is de jure rape, but de facto consent. The biggest difference is the aforementioned trust and discussions around various circumstances and situations.
