if your point of reference are the middle ages , in which people barely washed their hands - let alone have any understanding of sex , then you have lost the plot. All studies that i could find show that almost all STDs have risen to an all time high in the last 100 years. For example , in 2022 Gonorrhoea was at an all time high since 1918. Syphilis was the highest it has ever been since 1948 as well. And this is true for basically all common STIs. Lastly , if we're talking in absolute numbers ,…

This is such utter horseshit. I mean this sub is literally populated by an entire ideology dedicated to men who weren't successful at dating and so created a parallel universe to explain why it's everyone else's fault. I'm sorry , but while i will agree that there are most definetly people like that , i'd point out that the majority of men that have issues with dating in our day and age are not like that. What you're saying is extremely reductive and doesn't take into account a ton of socio-econ…

in a similar way to how men keep each other accountable. if we fuck up , we're taught from early childhood to learn how to take accountability for our own actions. We are taught to learn how to deal with problems.....because if we don't , we're getting checked by other guys. Women don't. Women don't hold other women accountable for anyhing because they don't want to look like assholes towards their friends , and men want to sleep with them , so they won't either. Instead , women get only positiv…

the internet pushes this whole vibe of western women being sexually free now, like sleep with whoever whenever no consequences. but when it comes to actually finding a partner, women still get judged differently. there’s a double standard that still sticks. Double standards exist because men and women are different and look for different things in their partner. As you said , women are taught that thiness equals worth. Why is that ? Because men allocate the most worth to a thin and attractive wo…

Thank you for proving my point by straight denying women’s experiences. really , you have experience in men having kids with other women , and somehow tricking you into beliving that you birthed said kid ? I would legitimatly love to know that story Plenty of men use their female relatives and lovers to play baby sitter, but of course, lets pretend that doesn't happen because men are the bigger victims, right? Nobody here - other than you - is pretending anything. You're arguing in bad faith , a…

Yet again, downplaying women’s feelings. As if having affair kids isnt cheating+. Are you imlying that women feeligns are more important than man feelings here ? is that what you're doing ? I'm trying to tell you that paternity fraut requireis BOTH his partener to cheat on him , AND his partener to lie on him about the kid and have him raise it. Again , it's cheating + Plenty of them do, especially when he’s a deadbeat No he fucking doesn't. Be real. Even if he were to bring the kid home somehow…

no. The difference between my example and yours is willingness. A child starving in africa isn't starving because he doesn't want to eat. He does it because he has no options. A doomsday prepper most definetly has the option of participating in society and take a job , but he just refuses to do so. The vast majority of average men don't have that many options with women.....so when they get a chance , they jump at the ideea. As i said in my previous comment , in our entire history as a race , it…

your husband that is having a secret family is not bringing that child to you , and have you raise it , saying it's yours. As i said , cheating is bad. But paternity fraud is literally cheating+

the answer to that is actually very very very simple if you take a moment to think about it , instead of getting angry. I;ll go on a bit of a tangent here , to make it easier to explain. And before doing that , this is coming from the perspective of a health worker , with no intention to attack anyone in particular , or make fun of any size or shape. I'll talk purely from a health perspective. If you have a kid , and you give your kid unlimited access to fast food , sodas , chocolate and whatnot…

you're being intentionally obtuse. Nobody here other than you , is disregarding that. What most people talk about is the difference in scale. You are insane if u believe a guy having another lover is the same as you raising someone else's kid....without knowing that. You're comparing apples with oranges plain and simply
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/25 09:26 PM

if that makes you feel better at night , keep telling yourself that.

guys are the victims of paternity fraud tho. It's basically impossible for a man to commit paternity fraud vs a woman. You're trying to equivalate 2 different issues that are not equivalent. That's why guys are arguing about being the real victims here. You're trying to argue that what is basically a background check - which is something that EVERYONE should do in regards to their partners - is the same as a woman making a baby with another man. It;s not. The problem isn't just the cheating here…

i'll drop a truth bomb on you all : we're all using each other to get pleasure , YES - even when we have sex with people we love. We're quite literally using each other to pleasure ourselves. Is that degrading ? Are we sex tools ? YES. Yes , we are. And honestly , that's the whole point of sex - to produce pleasure. That;;s how nature tricks us into having babies. I think sex IS degrading , and we are all both objectifying each other , as well as ourselves when we have sex.....and that's complet…

it's not irrelevant.....but they are not equivalent. It's like me complaining about being in pain for ....i dunno....losing a leg , and you comming and tell me that you understand my trauma , because you were in pain becuase of a tooth ache you had 2 days prior. Yes , both situations involve pain , but that's the only common ground they have. It's similar here.

Is that supposed to be some sort of "gotcha" ? Actually both men and women should trust , but verify their partner (again , men or woman) before deciding to get into bed with them and have a kid. It sounds like basic fucking logic. Why are you all people jumping into bed with the first hot dude (or dudette) that comes your way , and then are surprised that the guy that you thought is hot , is also hot in the eyes of another ?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
