For the last several months I've been running 5km every morning. I'm up at 530 and out the door within 15 minutes. It's best to do cardio on an empty stomach and it gets me psyched up for the day. Also, go to bed earlier. You don't need to be up until 1230 every night. I sleep from 1030 to 530.
