True - most pastors will tie themselves in knots to make passages like Ephesians 5 say something different. Our culture is permeated with this sort of thinking so you need to watch your step.

Blue pilled - I think not… “Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭22‬-‭24‬ ‭

Yes, talk to her parents. They will be thankful. They may ask you to stay away from her until she’s 18 at least though. Are you prepared to obey them?

I went through the same thing myself. Ultimately you can behave as you want on your own terms. If you wish to serve then go ahead. One small example is that I always open the car door for my wife - not because she demands it but because that is how I want to treat her. I’ve done it since our first date and she was quite blown away. She even said I didn’t need to after a few dates but I just kept doing it.

Because our society in general has become more feminised (if you think churches are bad, check out our schools!) There are churches that measure themselves on attendance and money instead of how well they serve Christ. Naturally, they want to appeal to the biggest crowd possible. A church near me even has LGBT friendly services that they advertise on their sign. As Christians we need to find or establish churches that resist this sort of thing - churches that are in the world but not of the worl…

As the head of the household this is something for you to manage and plan for. That planning starts with vetting your future wife - does she follow your lead etc.

Ultimately it doesn’t make much difference. Is she happy to follow your lead? Would she make a warm and comfortable home? There are plenty of other considerations. Having said that, can you live with it? If you can’t, you have your answer.

You are now free - what are the things you want to do in life? I made a list of everything I wanted to do or achieve now that I had only my self to consider - where to live, travel, hobbies etc and started working towards that. Most guys I’ve spoken to have plenty of things they’ve put aside because of relationships. What are yours? Find them and enjoy yourself.

Positive here is at least you’ve found out at 53, not 54 or 58 or 63 or.., In a couple of years your life will be better than ever. Take the advice here about lawyers, gym etc. Your life is yours now - what do you want to do with it?

OP, you know what you have to do in terms of ending this. It’s going to hurt but you KNOW it must be done. Your mental space must be that you are the prize and there are plenty more women out there. It’s up to you how you end it but it sounds like you are thinking about this to the point of obsession. Therefore I’d say the sooner the better. Then, work on yourself. Lift, read, learn, game etc. No matter what you’re feeling, work on yourself. A man will do what is needed despite his feelings, hur…

To add to this, sounds like you need even smaller goals. Once you have the long term ones in place then think about monthly, weekly and daily goals. Break it right down The old cliche ‘The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’.

Have to be that guy but a woman without a man is a ‘spinster’. Bachelorette- just another appropriation of male terms. You see it everywhere when your eyes are open.

Smart move from the guy. Why not tell your audience what they want to hear? He then sits back and counts his cash. Same with many celebrities- don't annoy your customers!

Excellent post. Sums up the first 6 months of my Rp journey. For all my choices now I ask myself 'what do I want?', 'how will this make me happier?', 'how will this get me to x goal?' It's an amazing way to live after a life of thinking about others and what they're thinking.

In addition to the other comments I found setting small goals useful. One thing I did at the start was look at my social interactions for any 'beta' tendencies. I noticed I was bad at eye contact so made it a goal for each day for two weeks. It was so simple to remember and the changes were amazing. I found people listening to me more, following advice and were much more willing to follow requests and instructions. This positive feedback made me more assertive in general and improved my body lan…

It's all about what they do - not what they say. If they've got the tingles that over rides anything they've said, their 'morals' etc. it all goes out the window. Later on, the hamster will rationalise anything they've done and there's a bunch or orbiters to console her.

I think it's more a case of working through the imitations I every aspect of your life. 'BP' thinking is everywhere and most of us have 'BP' habits in various areas developed over a lifetime. That's why this sub is so interesting. There are examples of 'BP' and 'RP' applied to so many different areas of life- dating, married, government, other countries etc. Many times I've been surprised that I hadn't thought of the implications myself.

Congratulations. My only pieces of advice are; Realise that the anger, bitterness, frustration etc. you are feeling or will feel is a natural part of unplugging. Study, train etc but the main thing for me is mindset. See yourself as the 'Great Prize'. This dictates how everyone should approach you and the treatment that is worthy of you. Society tells us to be supplicants, nice guys. Think of yourself as a King- how should she act towards you? Otherwise, next!

This slow change in the 'psyche' is the reason that the traits for mate fitness that both sexes find attractive in the other are still with us. It would take 1000s of generations for a noticeable change to occur in those preferences. Our cave dwelling ancestors would most probably have identical preferences to us. For example, long hair indicates how healthy an individual has been over many years- they have a strong immune system or the skills to keep themselves well nourished. Tallness does the…

Let's not forget that women never tell you the whole story. Some females have all sorts of 'rules' about what constitutes cheating, eg blowjobs aren't cheating, anal isn't cheating etc. She's only cheated once? I think not.

I wouldn't worry too much. People don't change all that easily. Everyone knows that smoking, obesity, gambling, over spending etc are a problem and take away from your quality of life but these things continue.

Cheaper than dinner/movies etc if you're the type that likes to pay. Also you can cut to the chase more easily as there is less time commitment.

Check out the 'sexy son' theory. Basically it holds that if a woman has a child with an alpha who may have multiple women and contribute little to their upbringing, if she has a son he will also lay likely display those alpha traits which will attract more women and so on into the next generation. Of course her son is propagating half of the mother's genes as well. This is basically why women like 'bad boys'.
/r/TheRedPill11/12/13 05:39 AM

Also we can look at the difference in size between men and women (sexual dimorphism). Species where the male has potential access to many females tend to have males that are larger or have larger mating weapons (eg deer antlers). The fact that men are larger means that alpha/bigger men had access to and impregnated more partners throughout human history. While a % could be worked out by inferring from animal studies I don't think it's as high as 20/80 historically for humans. Of course, these da…

A large part of any upcoming 'revolution' will be the advent of sexual robots. When men can get a large measure of satisfaction from a machine then even more will start to go their own way. Pussy will be less valuable. I also think that husbands in sexless marriages whos only release is with the robot might wonder what they're getting from their woman.

Small comfort but at least you are realising it now. I'm not sure what your situation is but imagine if you realised this in 5 years, 10 years or on your death bed. The situation can seem unfair but would you rather be an unenlightened beta slaving away for a woman who holds you in contempt?

The traits that would die out with aren't about a behavioural disposition to sacrifice for the group. In a group your genes don't get passed on because the other members of your group are more evolutionarily fitter than you. In most cases you. Impetus against your peers. This true in other animals too. For example, gazelles aren't competing with the lion that hunts them. They are competing with the other gazelles in terms of speed, reflexes etc. Check out Dawkins' 'The Selfish Gene'.
/r/TheRedPill17/11/13 03:18 PM

The phrasing is important as evolution occurs on an individual level, not tribal/group etc.
/r/TheRedPill17/11/13 03:10 PM

Nobody 'chooses' to discontinue their line. In this case you would be outcompeted by 'fitter' individuals ie makes who were bigger, more aggressive, better hunters etc.
