Just a small caveat to say that in Britain there is no requirement to be taught by anyone official, just that if you do pay anyone then they must have certain qualifications. You can get taught by parents etc. and they don't need such quallifications.

Not in England they aren't, not from what I've seen. Although I appreciate that whoring is legal here so maybe that makes a difference. Do they enjoy what they do? Prostitution in the UK is legal. Some aspects surrounding the sale of sex are illegal, but neither a whore nor a punter is doing anything illegal by one paying the other for sex (unless she is under 18). Although I don't have any data, my observations as a user of hookers is that the average hourly cost has declined over the past 15 years, the biggest reason for this being the increase of Poles and Romanians selling their gash.
